WWE Trademarks ‘Then Now Forever’ After CBS Uses It
February 10, 2019 | Posted by
– WWE took a little while to get around to trademarking their slogan, but they’ve done so now after CBS used it for the Super Bowl. PWInsider reports that WWE filed a trademark for “Then Now Forever” on February 4th, which was just a day after CBS used it during their Super Bowl coverage.
WWE has been using the slogan since 2012. The trademark filing is for “…shows about professional wrestling; entertainment services, namely, the production and exhibition of professional wrestling events rendered live and through broadcast media including television, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and wrestling information via a global computer network.”
