The Rock & Chris Evans Set Out To Rescue Santa Claus In Red One Trailer

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Chris Evans are teaming up to save Santa Claus in Red One, and the first trailer for the action comedy is online. Amazon-MGM Studios released the first trailer for the holiday action comedy on Tuesday, and you can check it out below.

The trailer sets up the story as Santa (J.K. Simmons) is kidnapped, which leads his security team head (Johnson) to put together a team for the rescue operation. That includes Evans’ character, a tracker who Johnson’s E.L.F. operative objects to because he’s on the Naughty List. The two end up encountering Krampus, evil snowmen (on the beach, no less) and more as they seek to bring St. Nicholas home.

The film is directed by Jake Kasdan from a script by Chris Morgan and releases on November 15th. It stars Johnson, Evans, Kiernan Shipka, Simmons, Bonnie Hunt, Lucy Liu, Kristofer Hivju, Mary Elizabeth Ellis, Nick Kroll, Wesley Kimmel and is described as follows:
