Arguments have concluded in the lawsuit over Randy Orton’s tattoos in the WWE 2K franchise, and will now go to the jury. PWInsider reports that the defense rested yesterday in the lawsuit brought by Catherine Alexander against WWE, Take-Two Interactive Software, 2K Games, Inc., 2K Sports, Inc., Visual Concepts Entertainment, Yuke’s Co., Ltd. and Yuke’s LA Inc.

The case has now been put in the jury’s hands and instructions were expected to be delivered to them regarding what they’re ruling on and the parameters for judgment.

As has been reported, Alexander filed the suit against in April of 2018 alleging that she owns all the original designs for her work on Orton. The lawsuit states that she never gave the defendants permission to recreate them in the video games and thus they are infringing on her copyrights. Orton testified in the suit this week.
