Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce Announce Engagement
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are officially engaged. The couple announced the news on Instagram today with the caption, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married 🧨”
They also included several photos of them in a garden and is set to Swift’s “So High School” from her Tortured Poets Department album. The song was inspired by their relationship.
TMZ reports that Swift’s engagement ring was designed by Kindred Lubeck and is an Old Mine Brilliant Cut. Kelce worked with the jeweler on the ring.
The two have been dating since July 2023 after Kelce made a friendship bracelet for Swift after failing to meet her at the Eras tour stop in Kansas City. Swift compared the gesture to a John Hughes movie. Swift attended her first Kansas City Chiefs game on September 23rd, and the camera caught her in her box at Arrowhead Stadium often.
Kelce took part in a few Eras tour stops, including on stage at the Wembley Stadium show in London last year.
Both Swift and Kelce are 35.
