The UFC has not formally announced the signing. Saunders (20-7-2 MMA, 7-4 UFC) had his contract expire after his TKO loss to Patrick Cote. Earlier this month, he tapped fellow UFC vet Jacob Volkmann (19-7) in just 17 seconds, and that was good enough to get back to the big time.
