Dana White Slams Critics of Stoppage for Gokhan Saki’s Win Over Henrique da Silva

UFC President Dana White commented on Gokhan Saki’s stunning knockout victory over Henrique da Silva at UFC Fight Night 117 on his Instagram account. Saki won by knockout in the first round over Da Silva.

While Saki won by knockout and was awarded with a Performance of the Night bonus, the stoppage has received some criticism online. White responded to the critics, saying, “Anyone who thinks that’s a bad stoppage PLEASE don’t ever apply to be refs!!!!!!” You can check out White’s thoughts on Saki’s performance below.

UFC Fight Night 117 was held earlier today at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan. In the main event, Ovince Saint Preux submitted former UFC title contender Yushin Okami with a Von Flue choke in the first round.
