Justin Gaethje is feeling a bit of schadenfreude about Conor McGregor’s loss to Dustin Poirier at UFC 257. Gaethje spoke with ESPN about McGregor’s loss, a possible fight with Poirier, and more. You can check out highlights below per MMA Weekly:

On Conor McGregor’s loss to Dustin Poirier: “I love seeing a loudmouth kid get knocked out; there’s nothing that makes me happier. Seeing a piece of s–t get put down, that was great. I loved it.”

On being opposed to McGregor getting a rematch with Poirier for the lightweight title: “I will never fight for the UFC again. I would probably really think about never fighting for the UFC if he fights for a title again. That would be preposterous.”

On a possible fight with Poirier: “I’d rather fight Dustin Poirier [instead of McGregor], absolutely. That’s the best man in the division right now if Khabib was retired.”

On being open to fighting Nate Diaz: “If they call me to fight Nate Diaz, I’m fighting Nate Diaz. I will roll him up and smoke him like a blunt.”
