Kristina Williams Discusses Her Bellator 195 Win

Reporters (via MMAjunkie) recently spoke to MMA fighter Kristina Williams in a media scrum after her win over Emily Ducote at Bellator 195. That was her second win in Bellator MMA after upsetting Heather hardy. Below are some highlights.

Williams on being a title contender after three fights into her career: “That’s just wild to me right now, still. I’m just kind of blown away.”

Williams on how Emily Ducote fought: “I was surprised that she didn’t try to grapple me a lot more than she did and she kind of decided to stand with me. I was happy with that, and I was comfortable with it.”

Williams on what’s next for her: “I just want to keep fighting and getting better. I think I have a lot of work to do, just getting more basics down and everything. But I want to go as far as I can.”
