Mark Hunt Trashes UFC and Dana White Over UFC 232, Calls Jon Jones a ‘Cheating Rat’
Former UFC fighter Mark Hunt shared his honest feelings on his Instagram account on the UFC’s handling of the situation regarding Jon Jones and UFC 232. Hunt is never one to mince words or censor himself. You can check out his expletive-laden rants and Instagram posts below.
Hunt took the UFC and Dana White to task for moving UFC 232 to accommodate a cheater. He also accused USADA, Vice President of Athlete Health and Performance for UFC Jeff Novitzky, and UFC President Dana White of promoting cheaters and condoning steroid use.
Mark Hunt last fought for the UFC earlier this month at UFC Fight Night 142 in a losing effort to Justin Willis. That was his last prospective fight for the organization.
As previously reported, UFC moved UFC 232 on six days notice from Las Vegas to Los Angeles at The Forum due to Jon Jones apparently having an atypical drug test. Jones tested positive for trace amounts of turinabol, but the UFC and USADA are claiming that Jones is not purposefully cheating.
