Michael Page Says He’s Competing Against Himself at Bellator 158

Michael Page spoke with MMAjunkie about his fight with Evangelista Santos at Bellator 158. Some highlights are below:

On his fight with Santos: “I’m competing against myself – I’m competing against the last me that came into the cage. When I fought in my last fight, I’m trying to be better than that person. I know if I’m better than that person, I know I’m better than anyone that steps in that cage.”

On Santos: “I do believe he is a dangerous fighter, but I do believe a lot of other fighters are dangerous as well. That’s just me being respectful of other guys in combat. You have to be respectful. You’re wearing four-ounce gloves, and if they touch you, they can be unforgiving.”
