Volkan Oezdemir Apologizes For Being Forced Out of UFC 227

Volkan Oezdemir took to his Instagram account to apologize for his injury-forced withdrawal from a fight with Alexander Gustafsson at UFC 227. Oezdemir suffered a broken nose in training and was forced off the card due to the injury.

Oezdemir took to Instagram to post the following on Friday:

I got injured and I’m not able to fight at #UFC227 🙄 damn it! I’m really sorry for all my fans, the @ufc and my opponent @alexthemauler . This event is going to be amazing anyway. I’ll be back at 100% very soon!! #NoTime
