WSOF 33’s Fight Between Justin Gaethje and Ozzy Dugulubgov Cancelled

MMA Junkie reports that tonight’s WSOF 33 lightweight title fight between champion Justin Gaethje (16-0) and Ozzy Dugulubgov (8-2) has been cancelled due to the challenger suffering an unrevealed illness. WSOF President Ray Sefo said the fight was removed for “medical concerns” and Dugulubgov was taken to a hospital for observation. Since the show is hours away, there will be no replacement sought. Instead, the main card will only feature five fights. The show happens at the Kansas City Memorial Auditorium in Kansas City, Missouri. It airs on NBCSN after preliminary fights on MMA Junkie.
