Yoel Romero’s post-UFC career will run through Bellator, according to a new report. ESPN reports that the former UFC veteran has agreed to a deal with Bellator for multiple fights, and Yoel Romero is expected to sign it soon.

Romero was a UFC fighter for seven years until a week and a half ago, when he was released from the company despite having three fights left on his deal. ESPN reports that Bellator officials initially passed on Romero, but that further talks led to the two sides coming to an agreement.

Yoel Romero is expected to debut at 205 pounds, though his debut fight is not yet set.
