411’s back with another huge podcast broadcast! Larry and the Wife have returned to breakdown the ROH Man Up PPV, with the Column of Honor’s Ari Berenstein as their special guest! The three discuss Danielson almost being blinded as Morishima retains the ROH Title, the NRC outlasting the RESILENCE and the Briscoe’s MANNING UP against Steen and Generico, as well as the debut of the Age of the Fall in what was another great PPV effort from ROH!

ROH MAN UP Begins…Now!
-Prazak and Leonard welcome us to the show as the men for the four-corner survival make their way to the ring. Nigel says he will watch the main event closely, because he dreams of holding the ROH Title. He says he has tough opponents, but he can beat them because he is Nigel McGuinness and he is in it to win it. A “masked fan” jumps the railing and starts screaming about the AGE OF THE FALL. They cut to the PPV opening.
-Claudio is here and promises to go after Sweet and Sour Inc. Heeeeeeeeeeeeey~!
-Sweeney says they are here for Hero to get his title shot. They chant “shut the fuck up” at Sweeney. Hero hugs him to make him happy. He calls Prazak a ham and egger.
FOUR-CORNER SURVIVAL: Nigel McGuinness vs. Chris Hero w/Sweeney, Tank, Sara and Dempsey vs. Claudio Castangoli vs. Marufuji
Nigel and Marufuji to kick off the match. Marufuji works the arm, Nigel escapes and then we get a series of counters, shoulder blocks and trips, and they stand off. Hero really wants a tag, and Nigel gives it to him. Lock up and Hero works the arm, Marufuji reverses but Hero rolls out, counters and then kips up and does his show off routine. Claudio tags in and chases Hero out of the ring. Tank checks on Hero as Sweeney yells at Dempsey. Hero tags Marufuji back in to avoid Claudio. Lock up and to the mat they go, Claudio gets a cover for 2. To the feet, snap mare and a cover for 2 by Claudio. He keeps working for a pin, Marufuji powers out and leaps up top, walks the ropes and then drops down, right to Claudio and gets the CLAW! Claudio Claw! Kick by Marufuji to break that up, Irish whip and Claudio misses and Marufuji tags in Hero. He lays the boots to Claudio, but Claudio back with uppercuts, Hero runs, tags Nigel and hits the floor. They shake, and Nigel gets a trip and the foot, Claudio escapes and they trade European Uppercuts. Roll up counters in a nice clean series of near falls. They stand off. Lockup and to the corner they go, Hero tags in and attacks Claudio again. Boot to the head, another and Hero is in control. Hero sets Claudio in the corner, big boot and a cover for 2. Snap mare and senton by Hero, another and a cover for 2. Hero off the ropes and a backdrop and uppercut by Claudio. To the floor they go and a double ax smash by Claudio. He slams Hero to the barrier, Marufuji charges and gets a PLANCHA to both men! The crowd chants for Nigel, he goes up top and DIVES onto all three men that were in the crowd! Nigel and Marufuji in the ring now, they trade shots and Nigel with uppercuts. Boot by Marufuji, kick and a clothesline. Boot, clothesline connects and a cover for 2. Superkick by Marufuji, Sliced Bread #2 connects! 1…2…Hero makes the save. Chops by Marufuji to Hero, rights by Hero…dump suplex and a cover for 2 as Claudio makes the save. Knee by Claudio, WATERSLIDE by Claudio gets 2. Nigel stopped that, lariat to Claudio gets 2 as Marufuji makes the save. Marufuji and Nigel to their feet, Marufuji eats an elbow and Nigel head stands, kicks and then eats a head stomp. Superkick by Marufuji gets 2! Marufuji up top…Nigel stops that, TOWER OF LONDON~! Hero saves the pin. Chops by Hero, Irish whip and Hero gets the cravate cutter, up top…DOUBLE STOMP connects for 2 as Claudio is in with a German Suplex on Hero for 2. GIANT SWING~! Uppercut by Claudio gets 2. Marufujiin and attacks Claudio. Chops, off the ropes and Claudio tries the Ricolla Bomb, countered and a roll up by Marufuji for 2. Superkick by Marufuji, Sliced Bread blocked, kicks by Marufuji, sets Claudio up top, tree of woe, Marufuji to the opposite corner…COAST TO COAST stopped by Nigel. Lariat misses, gets one to the back and then levels Hero. One for Marufuji! Uppercut by Claudio…RICOLLA BOMB on Marufuji! 1…2…NO! Hero makes the save. Claudio and Hero brawl, Yakuza by Claudio and Hero rolls to the floor. Springboard upper but by Claudio, but Nigel does the ropes in and out deal and gets the Jawbreaker lariat to finish things off.

-Bryan Danielson is here to cut a promo with his eye patch. He explains his injury, he had to go to the doctor and he had surgery. His mom was crying, and his sister called and they were scared and furious. He was down about it, and he had to rethink things and visited his dad. They talked about his options about life without wrestling, but then his dad said this is what he always wanted. Wrestling is his life, and all of the injuries are what he wanted. So tonight, he is going for the ROH title, and he plans on bringing it home, because it is what he wanted. The eye will not stop him, because his passion will take him through this. This is his night, and he may not be the best in the world, but he has more heart than anyone else in this sport.
NRC vs. THE RESILENCE – BEST of THREE SERIES: Rocky Romero (NRC) vs. Matt Cross (The Resilience)
They start striking to begin. Chops and slaps, headlock by Romero, lots of quick counters to begin, heads scissors by Cross. Crazy spinning flapjack by Cross, fakes a dive, dropkick and cartwheels and leaps to the floor. Romero sent to the post, and Cross to the post…flagpole splash! Back in the ring and a cover for 2. Kicks by Romero, off the ropes and a flying arm breaker by Romero, and Cross gets the ropes. Atomic drop and dropkick by Romero, kip up and dance. Strikes by Romero, off the ropes and a flapjack and then a knee strike connects. Kicks by Romero, Cross flips out and slaps to Romero. Kicks and a split legged corkscrew moonsault by Cross for 2. Enziguri by Cross, sent to the apron, trips up Romero, double stomp and a standing moonsault for 2. Off the ropes and Cross connects with a DVD neck breaker. Cross up top…twisting press misses. Knee strike, German and kicks by Romero and that is all.

NRC vs. THE RESILENCE – BEST of THREE SERIES: Austin Aries (The Resilience) vs. Davey Richards (NRC
Strong pretended that he would be in the match, but when they announced Aries, he pulled out to the floor. Some counters and a Japanese arm drag by Aries. Aries works the arm, Richards reverses and Aries kips out and goes back to the arm. Forearm smash by Aries, into the headlock. Takedown and Aries cranks on the hold. Head scissors by Richards, Aries works to escape, does and misses the dropkick counter. Chops by Richards, kick caught by Aries and then Aries rolls through and gets a dropkick. RANA by Richards, and then a charging kick to Aries. Richards controls the pace, tosses Aries to the floor and Aries back with the Guerrero like senton for 2. Aries calls for a brain buster, but Richards with a northern lights suplex for 2. Richards mocks Aries, and misses his elbow drop. Boot by Aries, STO connects. Aries then gets the swinging elbow for 2. Richards set up top…he fights, and tosses Aries to the floor. Richards then gets a double sledge to Aries. Back in the ring, clubbing shots to Aries, and then the side back breaker. Aries fights back after Richards played to the crowd, but Richards rakes the eyes to stop that. Head butts by Richards, Irish whip and Aries escapes a waist lock but Richards rolls through a Russian leg sweep into a cross face like move. Kicks to Aries now by Richards, and covers for 2. Richards looks for the DR driver, Aries fights and gets forearms to Richards. They trade shots, Richards misses and Aries gets a roaring elbow. Richards to the floor and Aries with a Suicide Dive! Back into the ring, Aries slingshots in with a spinning splash for 2. Lionsault by Aries for 2. Brain buster try, countered and Richards with a hand spring spinkick to Aries. Brain buster by Richards and that gets 2. DR Driver time, Aries fights and kicks by Richards. Aries stops one, chin breaker and a suplex connects for 2. Aries goes up top… Richards up now and gets an Enziguri to Aries. Richards up with Aries, Aries knocks him off but RNS UP AND GERMANS HIM OFF for 2! DR Driver countered, forearms by Aries and Aries lights up Richards with rights and forearms. Aries misses a corner dropkick and Richards gets a charging forearm and lariat. German, Aries counters and Richards rolls him up for 2. DR Driver countered into a backslide for 2. BRAIN BUSTER by Aries. 450 SPLASH connects! That’s all.

NRC vs. THE RESILENCE – BEST of THREE SERIES: Roderick Strong (NRC) vs. Erik Stevens (The Resilience)
This is the determining match. They open up with chops, and a tackle by Stevens. Chops to Strong, off the ropes and a back elbow by Stevens. Chops and a slam to the corner and powerslam by Stevens for 2. More chops by Stevens, head butts and a back suplex connects for 2. More chops by Stevens, a slam and elbow drop gets 2. Strong fights back with chops and forearms, overhead toss by Stevens connects. Strong to the floor, Stevens follows and eats a forearm by Strong. Back suplex on the apron by Strong, that had to hurt. They brawl on the floor, Stevens slammed to the barrier, and then bends Stevens across the steel post. Strong rolls him back in and covers for 2. Strong steps on the face of Stevens. A dropkick by Strong and then a cover for 2. Strong just clubs away at Stevens, a sack of shit slam by Strong connects and a cover for 2. Side back breaker by Strong, and then stretches Stevens. Strong kicks away at Stevens, chops by Strong, an Irish whip and Stevens with a back elbow and then a shoulder block. Stevens gets the CHOO CHOO corner splash and then the TKO! He covers for 2. Jawbreaker by Strong, gets a corner elbow strike and then a suplex for 2. Stevens fights out of the gut buster, and then gets the toss slam for 2. Dr. Bomb try, Strong chops at the legs of Stevens, and gets an Enziguri. Gut buster by Strong, Pump Handle slam that dumps Stevens on his neck and that gets 2. Gibson driver countered and they trade forearms. They trade chops, stiff elbow by Strong and a German by Stevens! Pump Handle Powerbomb gets 2! Stevens fires up, grabs Strong, Dr. Bomb stopped, eye rake by Strong, sets Stevens up top…Strong up top…SUPERPLEX connects! Stevens No Sells like Hawk and then eats a half nelson back breaker for 2! Strong drags Stevens to the corner, goes up top and pulls Stevens up with him…Gibson driver try, Stevens fights, and head butts to Strong. XPLODER off the top gets 2 for Stevens! Stevens sets Strong up top, goes up as well…Dr. Bomb try…Strong fights and gets forearms to Stevens. Stevens elbows at Strong, knocks him off and Strong crotches him. Strong up…SPLASH MOUNTAIN! GIBSON DRIVER and that is all.

-We see highlights of a four-corner survival, with Delirious, Pearce, Nigel and Whitmer. Nigel took the win over Whitmer. After the match, Pearce attacked Delirious, and Brent Albright came in to help Pearce. Pearce cuts a promo on Delirious, about Delirious hiding behind his mask. Hagadorn hands Pearce a staple gun and tries to staple it to his head, when Whitmer looks to stand up to Pearce. Pearce plays mind games with him again and Whitmer then turned on Delirious and got the Adrenaline Spike on him. They then stapled the mask to the head of Delirious. The Hangmen Three were born.
ROH WORLD TITLE MATCH: Takeshi Morishima © vs. Bryan Danielson
Danielson charges for the attack, but is stopped and tossed to the floor. Back in with a knee charge, to the ground they go and kicks by Morishima. He kicks at the head of Danielson, who dives for a leg and is stopped. Boot by Morishima in the corner, and Danielson is tossed to the floor. They brawl and Danielson whipped to the barrier. Ass ram by Morishima connects. Danielson slammed to the other barricade. Rights by Danielson, and Morishima goes back to the attack of the head and eye. In the ring is Danielson, and then gets a suicide dive as Morishima celebrated. Back in they go, and Danielson gets a forearm strike. Another and then a kick and Morishima is down and Danielson covers for 2. Danielson tries a sunset flip, Morishima drops down and misses and Danielson with a basement dropkick and covers for 2. Danielson up top…in and Morishima catches him in a powerbomb, and Danielson with a triangle choke! Morishima gets the ropes…I HAVE TILL FIVE REF~! Surfboard try by Danielson, can’t and drives the knees to the mat. Bow and arrow connects and Morishima is getting stretched. Morishima rolls into a cover for 2. Forearms by Danielson, tries a roll up and Morishima sits down and crushed Danielson. Big boot by Morishima gets 2. Danielson now manages a sleeper and is on the back of Morishima. Morishima drops to his knees and then his side and the ref checks the arm. Morishima fights to his feet, backdrop driver countered and then a slam by Morishima. Morishima misses a boot, Danielson sets him up top and clubs away at him. Danielson up top as well…SUPERBACK SUPLEX~! Danielson covers for 2! MMA elbows by Danielson! Morishima is up, TIGER SUPLEX by Danielson gets a close two, and he rolls for a Cattle Mutilation and has it! Rolls and gets stomps on Morishima, triangle choke and elbows by Danielson gets 2, but Morishima powerbombs him down. Danielson fires up, they trade forearms and then Morishima KILLS him with a lariat for 2. Backdrop driver gets 2 as Danielson gets the ropes! Corner clothesline by Morishima, he rips off the eye patch of Danielson, but Danielson gets a small package for 2. BACKDROP DRIVER~! Relentless strikes to the eye by Morishima now, elbows and he light shim up and won’t stop and the ref stops the match.

ROH WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE LADDER WAR: The Briscoe Brothers © vs. Kevin Steen and El Generico
They start brawling as the bell rings. MAN UP! Mark and Jay control early, but Steen tosses Mark into the crowd. Chair shot to Generico, suplex to Steen on the floor. SMASH MOUTH by Generico. Another chair shit by Generico. Steen and Mark brawl, head butts and forearm strikes but mark tackles Steen into the chairs. Jay then tosses Generico into a pile of chairs. Steen tosses mark into a pile of chairs in return. Jay with a SICK chair shot to Generico. More brawling and chair shots. Mark does some wacky boxing, and then rakes at the eyes of Steen. Jay is already busted open 3-minutes in, YAY Unprotected chair shots! Generico has a chair and nails Jay. Mark gets a cutter to Steen off of the railing, nice. Jay and Generico in the ring, they brawl and a jawbreaker by Generico. He grabs the ladder, misses Jay and then Jay blocks a shot and whips Generico, reversal and chops to Jay. Basement dropkick by Generico, and Jay to the floor. Generico grabs the ladder, Mark in and pulls him off the ladder and gets a slam and knee drop. They brawl, and Mark tossed to the floor. Generico goes to climb, Mark back in and Generico slams the ladder into his face. Mark then whipped into the ladder. Generico climbs, Jay stops him and gets a gord buster. Steen in, counters and a yakuza by Jay and tries a Jay driller, but Steen gets a knee buster on Jay. Steen climbs, but a missile dropkick by Mark stops him. Mark climbs, all the way up…Steen grabs him and Mark kicks at him. Steen beats down Mark, and then slams the ladder into his head. Both Briscoe brothers are bleeding. Mark back in and a superkick to Steen. They double-team Generico and DOUBLE HIP TOSS HIM INTO THE LADDER which crumbles! They try to fix the ladder, and then get another. Steen pulls out Mark and then tosses Jay off the ladder through the other! Steen grabs Jay, back suplex onto the ladder! Superkicks by Steen to Mark, Mark no sells and Steen just kicks him in the NIZZIES~! Generico grabs the ladder and slams it on Jay. Generico lays him on the ladder, goes up and gets a split legged moonsualt onto Jay! Steen tosses Mark in and he also has a ladder set up on the floor. Steen grabs Mark, he escapes and JUDO BRISCOE~! Spin kick to Steen, and Generico is back to help him. Jay is back in and brawls with Steen, and Generico tosses a ladder at him. Generico gets a YAKUZA to the ladder and Steen POWERBOMBS MARK THROUGH A LADDER that was set between the ring and barrier! Steen climbs, Generico fights off a Briscoe, but he shoves Generico into the ladder and Steen take a big bump. SICK GERMAN on Generico! EVERONE is down! Jay kills Generico and Steen with ladder shots. Steen fights back and gets the ladder, MISSILE DROPKICK by Mark to Steen! XPLODER on Generico through a ladder! Jay then gets a DVD on Steen onto a Ladder! Everyone is down again, crowd hot and the Briscoe’s are alive! They set the ladder up, Mark climbs and then dives onto Steen as he was too far away. Ladder laid on the ropes, he grabs Generico and gets a suplex. Lays the ladder on him…up top he goes and Mark with a SHOOTING STAR PRESS onto the ladder and Generico! Jay up top…DIVES onto Steen that was laid out on a table on the floor! I think everyone is dead! Mark gets a ladder, climbs, ladder is wobbly, and then Generico in and knocks out the ladder from underneath him! Jay then calls for the “maintenance” ladder in the back and gets it as the crowd surfs it to the ring. He sets it up and Generico with a yakuza to the head Jay levels him and DOOMSDAY DEVICE THROUGH THE LADDER DIVE~! The Briscoe’s climb the ladder, but Steen in with another ladder to take them out. He sets it up in the corner between the ladder and corner. Superkick by mark, and another. He climbs the ladder, Steen over and climbs with him. PACKAGE PILEDRIVER BY STEEN THROUGH THE LADDER~! Generico is in and climbs the ladder! He almost had a belt, but jay tosses a ladder at him. Jay sets up a ladder like the other…he climbs, grabs Generico…JAY DRILLA THROUGH THE LADDER~! Steen climbs now as does Jay…they battle and then fight over the belts…and Steen is knocked off onto the broken ladder and Jay gets the belts almost, but they are stuck. Steen smartly climbs back up and tries to fight for them and Jay finally gets them!

-After the match Steen shoves down Generico and leaves.
-The Briscoe’s celebrate as a screaming comes over the PA. There are THUGS like the one from the opener in the crowd. Tyler Black and Jimmy Jacobs appear and then NECRO BUTCHER comes from the crowd and attacks them with BARBED WIRE wrapped around his fist! They beat down Mark and Jay as Lacey is out with them. PACKAGE DRIVER by Black! Necro says of you let him out of his cage, he’ll pile bodies to the sky! They tie Jay to the belt hanging deal and the show ends…and the Age of the Fall is born.
