Chris Jericho and Christian (c) vs. Dudley Boyz vs. Regal and Storm vs. Booker T and Goldust

This match is elimination rules, so there will be three pins. Dudleys and RegalStorm start off. JR talks about Regal and Storm’s tag team winning streak. Tag to Goldust against Regal. Goldust and Bubba with double elbows on heels, and then the Dudleyz wassup headbutt Christian. Match breaks down for the first time when Bubba is about to call for tables. 3D on Christian after Regal blind tags Christian, Storm with a legdrop from the top. Regal covers Bubba, in an awkward spot, Bubba rolls over on Regal, then Regal strangely rolls back on top and Bubba is finally eliminated. Announcers were quite confused. Soon after Goldust rolls up Regal and we’re down to the champs and Booker T and Goldust. Match settles back down. Faces dominate Jericho for a bit, and then brawling to the floor. Jericho takes out Goldust on the floor and Christian goes to work. Beatdown on Goldust continues, hot tag to Booker T. Jericho and Booker T go back and forth, Jericho tries the Walls and Booker T rolls out of it. More action and Jericho gets the Walls of Jericho in the middle of the ring. Goldust in and breaks up the submission with a bulldog, and crotches Christian who was on top with a tag title belt. Booker T then covers Jericho for 2. Booker T goes up top, Christian slows him down, and then Jericho follows Booker T for a superplex. Booker T pushes him off, and then hits a missile dropkick. Cover for 2. Booker T an axe kick! Booker T with a spinaroonie! Ref in bad position to cover and Booker T only gets 2. Jericho rebounds with a title belt to the face and a Lionsault but Booker T kicks out. Jericho charges Booker T again with the title belt, Booker T grabs Jericho and hits a Book End for the pin and the titles!

Winners and NEW Tag Champs: Booker T and Goldust

After the match, Coach interviews Booker T and Goldust at ringside, and Booker T says the fans believed in them. Booker T says Goldust aint the weak link, he’s one half of the World Tag Team Champions! Now can you dig that, SUCKA!!

Edge vs. A-Train

Albert has new hard rockin’ music with the requisite train sounds in the beginning. A-Train in control to begin. Shave Your Back chants. A-Train has almost complete control. Edge goes up top for a missile dropkick and A-Train reverses with a shot to the gut. To the floor, A-Train has a chair, but Edge fends him off, tosses him in and goes up top. Edge with a high cross body and A Train kicks out. Edge sets up for the Edgecution, but A Train reverses into the Baldo Bomb. Edge kicks out so I guess A Train has a new finisher. Spear by Edge as A Train gets the chair again, but A Train kicks out. A Train grabs the chair again and hits Edge with the chair right in front of the ref.

Winner by DQ: Edge

Dropkick by Edge sends the chair into A Train’s head. Edge grabs the chair and lays out A Train with a chair shot to the head. And then Edge hits A Train repeatedly in the hairy back with the chair. Like 10 times.

Eddie Guerrero vs. Chris Benoit

Mat wrestling back and forth to begin. Slow start to the match and the crowd actually has a small boring chant. Eddie backdrops Benoit to the floor on a Benoit charge and Benoit gets tangled in the ropes. Benoit to the floor, and Eddie flies at him from the ring. Back into the ring, and they go back and forth a bit. Eddie with a leg submission and Benoit grabs the face/neck of Eddie. Dueling submissions. Eddie locks in the leg lock alone and leans back on it. Benoit reaches the ropes. Eddie controlling. Benoit grabs Eddie around the waist and hits a German! Another! 3! 4! Benoit holds on! A fifth German suplex and the crowd comes alive. Benoit goes up top. Benoit slips off the top on purpose as Eddie goes to his feet. Benoit hits a 6th German and then a 7th. Eddie up and hits a German of his own! And a second. And a third German! Eddie goes up top and hits a frog splash! BENOIT KICKS OUT! Benoit using the ropes to get himself up, and Eddie charges him and spears them both to the floor. Eddie distracts the ref in the ring as Benoit stirs on the floor, and Chavo comes down and levels Benoit in the head with a tag belt. Eddie goes back to the floor and drags Benoit into the ring. Benoit fights back in the ring with some chops then a harsh powerbomb. Benoit goes up top as Eddie distracts the ref, and Chavo messes with Benoit on the top. Benoit fights off, Eddie climbs up, and Benoit fights HIM off. Flying headbutt! Cover, but Eddie locks in the crossface on Benoit! Benoit fights out and gets a Crossface of his own! Benoit pulls Eddie into the ring, and Eddie taps.

Winner: Benoit

Long Dawn Marie/Torrie video package.

Dawn and Al Wilson come to the ring. Dawn says Torrie isn’t here and then intros some videos. Dawn feeds Torrie a strawberry. Slow burn. Dawn takes off a bunch of Torrie’s clothes leaving her in a bra and panties. Dawn then disrobes and is also in a bra and panties. Dawn talks sexy and kisses Torrie. At first Torrie resists, then Torrie kisses back a tiny bit. Then Dawn stops the footage, and Al wants the footage stopped. Dawn restarts the footage, and Al on the mic pleads for it to stop. Al then does have it stopped, and they talk about stopping the footage. Dawn and Al agree to not continue with the footage and leave together to some boos. The segment seemed to go about 17 hours with minimal to no payoff. Some slight kissing for like 10 seconds? C’mon.

Kane vs. Batista w/Ric Flair

Power moves back and forth to begin. Kane attacks Flair on the floor, and Batista pulls Kane off of Flair from the apron, then clotheslines him. Brings him back into the ring and powers down Kane. Kane hits a chokeslam. Kane brings Flair into the ring. Kane up and Batista hits his sit out powerbomb and then just pins Kane.

Winner: Batista

Woman’s Title

Jackie vs. Trish vs. Victoria

Victoria has a new entrance and new music by “TATU”. Kinda slow match. Victoria gets tossed to the floor. Trish and Jackie go back and forth. From the floor, Victoria hits Trish with something, maybe the title belt. Victoria goes back into the ring and covers Trish. Then wears Trish’s red hat as she exits.

Winner: Victoria

Kurt Angle pleads for Lesnar to accompany him to the ring. Brock says Angle helped him get reinstated and ‘he wont regret it’. Angle leaves Brock with footage of Heyman turning.

Big Show (c) vs. Kurt Angle

Lockups and stuff. Angle side headlock, and Show picks him up on his back. Show dumps Angle from the ring onto Heyman on the floor. Show worries about Heyman, and Angle pushes Show out as if he is eliminating him in a Battle Royal. Angle follows, then Show takes control on the floor. Drops Angle face first on the barricade. Show back into the ring, Angle too and Show remains in control. Slow methodical beating. Angle back up but a short clothesline by Show and covers for 2. USA chant starts up for Angle. Show with a bearhug, and Angle bites Show and gets out of it. Works on the legs and then gets a sleeper on Show’s back. Show down to one knee. Show back up and tosses Angle off. Angle with a tornado DDT and both are down. Both back up and Angle goes up top. Later Angle goes up top again for a moonsault but doesn’t get it nearly high enough and instead kicks Show in the head. Both down. Show goes for a slam, Angle floats back and hits an Angle Slam! Big Show kicks out at 2. Angle LOWERS THE STRAPS and locks in the Ankle Lock. Then Show just grabs Angle for a chokeslam, but Angle rolls out of it and rolls into the Ankle Lock. Show is desperately grabbing the ref to get to the ropes, and Show spins out of it, knocking Angle into the ref harsh. Heyman tosses a STEEEEEL chair into the ring. We want Brock chant. Both up and Kurt Angle has the chair, and he WHACKS Show twice in the head with a chair, Angle covers and Show tosses him off in two. Heyman into the ring, ref out again, Ankle lock and Show taps. No ref. ATRAIN is here and hits Angle with a shoulder/back breaker which Angle sells like a champ. Show is up, chokeslam on Angle! Brock out to a GIANT pop and hits his sloppiest F5 on the Big Show. HUGE pop for that and Brock’s chasing Heyman to the back. Crowd comes alive as Angle crawls onto Big Show and gets the pin and the title.

Oh look, it’s JOB Van Dam at The World. Rob, as a jobber, who do YOU think will win HHH/HBK. RVD says he’d like to see HHH lose.

World Title

HHH w/Ric Flair vs. HBK

Fall 1: Street Fight

Shawn is all gayed up tonight, complete with wiggle dance. Shawn and Flair bicker a bit and the ref boots Flair. HHH goes to toss HBK who skins the cat and comes back in. HBK then clotheslines HHH out of the ring. HHH goes under the ring, and Shawn tosses a trash can onto HHH. Shawn flies from the ring onto HHH but HHH moves and Shawn hits the trash can. Brawling continues on the floor. Brawling moves back into the ring, and HHH hobbles around the ring. HHH beats down HBK, and sets up two tables in the entrance. HHH up in the ring and goes to suplex HBK from the apron to the floor, but Shawn reverses onto a can in the ring. HHH back up and regains control on HBK. HHH goes for a backbreaker on the chair, but HBK sloppily reverses and hits it onto HHH instead. Brawling to the floor. Shawn hits HHH with a trash lid back in the ring. HBK tries a superkick, HHH blocks and starts a beatdown. HHH locks in a figure four in the ring and holds it forever. HBK gets counted down for 2 a few times. HHH beats HBK to the floor and to the entrance. HHH tosses HBK head fist into the metallic wall of the entrance. HHH finds his barb wire 2X4 and goes to hit HBK with it, then has a second thought. He goes to some pyro fire in the entrance, and lights the 2X4 on fire as HBK gets up. HHH goes to attack, and HBK kicks him in the gut. HBK grabs the flaming 2X4 from nearby a fan, and hits HHH with it. Now HBK is in control moving back to the ring. HHH down in the ring. HBK sets up a chair, but HHH reverses and hits a drop toehold on the chair, Raven style. DDT by HBK and now both are down. HHH up first, goes for a pedigree, but HBK hits a low blow, and then hits a flying burrito by HBK and then a kip up, but HHH clips him from behind. HHH gets HBK in the pedigree and hits its. I wonder why Shawn sucks at selling the pedigree. HHH pins HBK. Still a great brawl.

Winner of Fall 1: HHH

Fall 2: Cage

The cage lowers. You can win by pinfall or escaping the stage. Some of the plunder remains in the ring. HHH pounds away with a trash can and HBK is busted open. Action slows down a bit as they beat each other against the cage. Lou Thesz press by HBK on HHH. HHH up and tries to escape the cage. HBK and HHH brawl at the top of the cage. Ric Flair is back out. Brawling as they are seated on the top of the cage. Flair puts the tables that were set up on the floor one on top of the other. HBK climbs down a bit, and HHH stops him and seated brawling continues. Flair sets up two more tables for a 2X2 table stack. Both back into the ring, and HBK crotches HHH on the ropes. HBK up on the corner and hits a Flying Elbow. HBK tunes it up! Flair unlocks the cage and goes in, and Shawn brawls with Flair. HHH goes to escape the cage, but HBK saves it. Flair has a chair, HBK blocks it, hits Flair, then knocks down HHH. HHH near the door as HBK beats on Flair. Flair is bleeding. HBK goes for a ten punch count along as HHH just relaxes in the corner in front of the cage. HHH bounces up and goes for a pedigree on HBK, who backdrops out. Sweet chin music on Flair, and then on HHH. Instead of leaving, HBK goes to set up a table. HBK puts HHH on the table, and goes up to the top rope. And now to the top of the cage! BIG SPLASH From the top of the cage onto HHH through the table and pins HHH!

Winner of Fall 2: HBK

Fall 3: Ladder Match

The cage is raised the ladder in the ring. HBK tosses the ladder into HHH. HBK goes to suplex HHH onto the ladder, and misses. HHH still sells it hard. HBK sets up the ladder in the corner and goes to jump at the belt, but instead falls really hard on the mat. HHH picks up HBK for a pedigree who can barely get up. HHH hits it. HHH goes and gets the ladder and climbs up in the center of the ring. HHH gets pretty high up and HBK gets up. HHH notices and HBK climbs up and jerks HHH off the cage. Sweet chin music sends HHH to the floor! HBK collapses. HBK crawls to his feet. HBK begins to climb the ladder. Gets closer to the top. Crowd comes alive as HBK has his hands on the title, but HHH pushes down the ladder, sending HBK through the 2X2 stack of tables in a HARD spot. Holy shit chant is warranted, and HHH sets up the ladder in the ring. HHH grabs the title and takes it.
