AAA’s La Catalina Makes Appearance On WWE NXT

Just days after becoming a champion in AAA, La Catalina showed up for a surprise appearance on this week’s WWE NXT. Tuesday night’s episode of WWE NXT saw Catalina come out to the ring, interrupting a promo by Kelani Jordan.
Jordan was talking about how there were no viable challengers to challenge for her NXT Women’s Championship. That led to Catalina, who ended Flammer’s legendary reign as AAA Reina De Reinas Champion at TripleMania 34, coming to the ring.
Catalina and Jordan had a back and forth in which Catalina said she was here to take women’s wrestling to the next level. Zaria then came out to the ring, followed by Thea Hail. The argument eventually broke down into a brawl, with Catalina and Hail coming out on top of the melee before celebrating together.
