Juice Robinson vs MJF
Takedown from MJF immediately and the crowd is nuts! Awesome. MJF sends Juice ot the corner and stomps him some. More kicks in the corner send Juice down to the mat and MJF gives him a boot. Juice to the outside. MJF sends Juice into the barricade. He does it again, this time into a chair, too. MJF sends Juice over the timekeeper’s table with a huge toss. The Gunns are standing by, but MJF doesn’t care. He grabs a water bottle and spits some water into Juice’s face. MJF drags Juice over to a chair and drops him face first onto it. MJF breaks the count and continues the onslaught! He sends Juice into the corner and Juice is busted open!
They end up in the ring. Juice has MJF cornered. He attacks with a right, covers, and only gets a 1. The Gunns are on either side of the apron now. Colten has the scarf and tosses it to Juice. Juice chokes MJF up a bit, then tosses it aside and mounts for some punches.
Here comes Jay White, holding the big belt, saying he’ll be on commentary.
We come back, and while the ref is being distracted, MJF uses his scarf for some fairplay turnabout. Ref turns, sees it, tosses the ref over the ropes. MJF ducks a right, hits his own, another, body slam in the center of the ring. MJF grabs the head and sends it into the corner over and over. MJF with mounted right hands as the crowd counts along. Winner: MJF
A very very strong second half, especially from MJF, who looked great. A lot of messiness with the overbooking, but it didn’t overshadow the quality of wrestling.
Total Rating: ***1/2
Match Time: 15:08
MJF is attacked by all of The Gunn Club, but here come The Kingdom and Roderick Strong!!! The Gunns make sohrt work of The Kingdom, sending them out of the ring.
Back in the ring, The Gunns hold up MJF. Jay is nearby. Juice holds the ring up, but here come The Acclaimed and Daddy Ass! THEY clear the ring.
Jay White has a mic at the top of the ramp. He wants MJF to focus. Forget about everything happening right now, about Kenny, Joe, Wardlow. Focus on the only thing that matters, him.
MJF wants a mic. Jay tells MJF he’ll never get his hands on the title ever again, because at Full Gear, MJF will breathe Switchblade.
The Gunns say congrats on getting the ring back, but they don’t have the Triple B. He does have the titles, though, so they want a match at Full Gear.
MJF tells The Ass Boys to shut the hell up. He says if they want the match, they got him. He’s not waiting for Full Gear to get his hands on Jay White’s dollar store Jack Sparrow looking ass. He wants a match next week, four v four, and when he wins, he’ll get the Triple B back.
MAAAAX!!! MAXXXXXX!!! MAXXXX!!! He tells MJF he’s going to pick them, right?
MJF tells Mid Mike and Mid Matt to get on Roderick’s wheelchair and roll off a cliff.
Here comes Max Caster who says this means MJF will pick them, right?
MJF says he’s known Max since he was 18, and if you think MJF is tagging with them? He wouldn’t tag with Max if there was a fire, and tagging with him was the only way to get it out.
Max: “SO you’re saying there’s a chance!”
Anthony Bowens shouts that everyone loves The Acclaimed. Max wants one favor….SCISSOR MEEEEEEEEE
MJF closes the scissors and leaves.
Before he can make it all the way up the ramp, Kenny Omega comes out with a mic. This gets a HOLY SHIT chant.
He tells Max that he seems to have a lot going on, so he’ll cut to the chase: MJF has something that he wants, but Kenny has something that MJF wants. Kenny makes mention of the title NOT around MJF’s waist. Even though he has no right to ask, and MJF is a scumbag – so he’ll likely tell Kenny to take a hike, but if MJF is THEIR scumbag, the champion that Kenny thinks MJF wants to be, he’ll hear him out. He wants that belt, and he deseres the right to defend his streak, so if MJF truly is better than Kenny, and he knows it, don’t be afraid to show it.
MJF says ok, The Cleaner vs The Devil, this Saturday night, for the title. May the best man win.
They do their catchphrases, with Kenny taking the final word, pulling MJF and telling him into MJF’s ear: “Three Days, Bitch.”
Wardlow talks about being at home for 4 years and sitting at home watch the main that he beat main event the biggest show in the history of wrestling. He tells Max that there is nothing left for MJF to take, and now he will take everything from him.
John Silver and Alex Reynolds vs Hook and RVD
RVD gets a quick tag in, hits an arm drag. Silver gets a tag. He stomps RVD after a sneak attack. Some more elbows, but RVD is able to corner Silver and hit a monkey flip. Reynolds misses a clothesline and Hook hits him with a T-bone. Hook and RVD send Reynolds and Silver out of the ring with clotheslines!
We are back and RVD gets a hot tag! He hits a leg lariat to Silver, another, a leg drop to the back of the head. Reynolds runs in to attack, whips RVD into the corner, RVD sends him to the apron, springboard kick to the side of the head. He sends Silver into the buckle, then high kicks. Rolling Thunder! Northern Lights to Reynolds. Silver breaks it. Kick to Silver. Tag to Hook. Hook stands over Silver and hits some crossfaces. He goes for Redrum but Reynolds kicks hook in the side of the head. RVD in to check on him, and here comes Evil Uno with a chair! RVD with a kick to the side of the chair into the head! A step over kick to Reynolds. RVD to the top rope.
FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH TO REYNOLDS!!!! Silver misses a kick and runs RIGHT into REDRUM!!! SILVER TAPS!!!
Winners: Hook and RVD
A nice win for Hook and a nice little homecoming for RVD and Philly.

Another Toni Storm special is shown during PIP.
We come back to the show where Tony Schiavone introduces Darby Allin and Sting!
Darby is wearing a sling. Tony says Sting’s announcement came from the bottom of his heart, he is sure.
Sting wants to thank a couple of people, two specifically, and he also wants to thank Philly. It’s been a great run.
He also wants to thank Darby Allin. He means this, he could not have come this far without Darby by his side. The best tag team partner he’s ever had. Surprised? Have someone else in mind?
He also wants to thank Tony Khan for making that phone call and giving Sting a chance to grapple a little longer.
Schiavone wants the mic. He wants to speak on behalf of Tony Khan, who should thank Sting for what he has meant to AEW. He arrived early 2021 and now his final match, Revolution 2024, and they are proud to be a part of his great career. It was 35 years ago that on TBS Sting put it on the map, put pro-wrestling put it on the map. He is thrilled to be a part of it. He is an icon. They have talked about it all week – Tony has a special gift, and here it is….
RIC FUCKING FLAIR!!!
Flair is here! He gives Sting a huge hug. Another one for Schiavone.
HOLY SHIT chant
35 years ago, these two men made wrestling what it was. Tony welcomes Ric Flair to AEW.
Flair with the stick. You know that in life there are moments that are magical. Few and far between, and that’s the magic of the chemistry of whatever you do in life that makes you the best. 35 years ago, Sting and he made history on TBS! First Clash of Champions against Mania, and he’s said this before – to go 55 minutes in a match, back then or tonight is hard. Sting never took a deep breath, lived up to his potential, and he is ont one of the greatest wrestlers, biggest celebrities, but also the nicest guy he’s ever known, so when he got an invitation from Tony to come be a part of this, he wanted to be here all the way till March. If Sting will have him, Ric wants to ride it out with him.
They trade some Woos. Sting wants Ric to give him a chop. RIC CHOPS STING!!!
Christian Cage is here to ruin the fun, and I can’t fucking wait!
Cage, Nick Wayne, and Luchasaurus stand at the top.
Cage says Tony is a billionaire, and this is the gift he gives to Sting? He basically gave Sting a suit, some gold chains, and a black liver. Congrats. Cage sees Ric is wlaking around great, he doesn’t feel like this is Weekend at Bernie’s at all. He tells the crowd to relax, he knows Ric is not dead. He also knows there is no God, because if there was, Ric would be dead 20 years ago.
The real reason why he is out here is because last week, Sting and Darby decided to stick their noses in his business again. How is Darby’s arm? He will give Darby one more chance. It’s obvious that this situation wont go away until he makes it go away, so he has a proposition. He knows Sting has this beautiful dream of making it to Revolution, but Cage wants him gone right now. There’s three of them, and there’s…well, Ric is one Superkick away from his pacemaker giving out, but at Full Gear, Sting and Darby can get themselves a partner and they’ll go. He asks for his music.
Sting tells Cage to hold on. He sneezes. He apologizes. He is allergic to jackasses. He accepts.
We are LIVE but Earlier Today with Renee and Jericho. She wants a medical update from Jericho.
He says as a wreslter for 33 years, he cant remember ever having a beatdown like the one he did under Hobbs. His ribs are still hurting. What hurts the most is his ego.
Renee calls him one of the greatest. So many different versions. But to see what happened, is Jericho hitting a point in his career of what is left?
Jericho says the self-reflecting is constant. One thing he has always had was confidence knowing that he could beat anyone. He didn’t see last week coming. He thought he had hobbs, but he couldn’t get out of the hole. There does come a time when you do question if he still has what it takes to beat a Will Hobbs. Is it time to….get some sort of revenge.
Jericho brings up Don’s family, says he has a lot of guys, a lot of friends. Jericho has friends too, and some of them are even bigger than Will Hobbs. Maybe it’s time to give them a call.

Matt is left alone in the ring as Matt Hardy and Zay mock The Bucks pose.

About 85% of that was slow, uninteresting, and plodding. Some potential action was there, but The Hardys are just too slow.

WE see the tron. Prince Nana is at Hangman’s house. Swerve Strickland walks in asking who’s house? Haha. Nice.
Swerve walks around saying the family owns him something. Prince Nana finds some chocolate covered berries. Lol.
Swerve removes some art from the fridge, looks like a kid did it, says they have no taste, and rips apart the painting. He hops over the couch and takes a seat, grabbing a children’s book. Swerve hears a noise and asks for the camera. He walks down the hallway as Prince says he doesn’t like this idea.
Swerve sets the camera up and he is near a crib. He tells Page that last week he said it’s not Page that pays for his actions, it’s the ones he loves. Hangman needs to pay his debt. Will it be Hangman Jr? No, not today. He’ll leave this here as a reminder, though. This kid is forever indebted to him, and it’s his father’s fault. He’ll never forget. Neither will Page’s kid.
Edge is asked about what he just saw, but not the home invasion, the Christian thing.
Shit, I said Edge didn’t I? Anyway, Copeland says his friendship with Cage is stronger than his position in AEW. He will not fight him.
Here comes Darby to tell Adam that it is Kill or be Killed in this company. You think he wanted to break Nick’s face last week?
Sting interjects, tells Copeland that Ric Flair is the dirtiest player of all time, and he learned from him. He learned how to spot them. Adam needs to open his eyes up. Is he hearing Sting? Listen to what he is saying before it’s too late. They go way back. Don’t mess it all up now. Get with it.
