A new report has revealed the attendance for AEW All In: Texas. Wrestlenomics reports that according to government records, the July 12th PPV had an actual attendance of 23,759. That number includes 21,973 spectators, aka the number of tickets scanned for those who entered the venue.

The estimated number of tickets distributed had been reported by WrestleTix as 27,245, but it is not out of the ordinary for the number of tickets scanned to be significantly fewer than the number of tickets distributed or sold. The records show that 678 suite tickets were sold, though only 274 were scanned for admission.

The records also indicate that the governor’s office initially approved $1,078,340 in in order to help cover expenses via a combination of state and local funding. AEW will end up receiving less than that, and Arlington City Manager Trey Yelverton confirmed that it would be “around $700,000 in reimbursements.” The difference is because the funding approval was based on an estimated attendance of 33,490, including 32,500 spectators.

Yelverton also told the outlet that he was happy AEW brought the show to Arlington, and appreciated how many people it drew from outside of the area. He also said that AEW has not received reimbursement funding yet, a normal thing as the payment process can take between six and 12 months to finalize.
