AJ Styles Visits Natalya’s Dungeon & Florida Wrestling School

WWE Hall of Famer AJ Styles recently visited a Florida wrestling school and The Dungeon 2.0 to pass on his knowledge to budding wrestlers.
The Phenomenal One visited Florida’s Fight the World Wrestling Academy, run by NWA’s Bryan Idol, Natalia Markova, and Mike Mondo. He later visited TJ Wilson and Natalya’s Dungeon 2.0 to assist in a training session.
FTW Academy posted the following on Instagram:
“Most people never even get CLOSE to a ring…our students are learning directly from people who’ve main-evented WrestleMania, traveled the world, and actually lived this business. Thank you to The Phenomenal One, AJ Styles, for a great class! See you again soon.”
Meanwhile, Natalya, who celebrated her 44th birthday on Wednesday, took to X to thank AJ Styles for giving her the best birthday gift she could have wished for.
She wrote:
“I had the most PHENOMENAL birthday today sweating with my Dungeon family alongside [AJ Styles]. AJ gave us all the answers to the test… and then some. He got in there, wrestled, pushed us, and shared his knowledge with everyone in the room. He’s truly one of the greatest wrestlers of our generation, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday gift. Learning. Growing. Being challenged. Feeling inspired all over again to keep chasing my wildest dreams and to never stop striving for greatness.”

Styles called time on his in-ring career at the Royal Rumble Premium Live Event earlier this year. He is currently involved in scouting and nurturing promising talents behind the scenes.
