TKO Group Holdings has revealed the compensation packages for Ari Emanuel, Mark Shapiro and Nick Khan in a new filing. As THR reports, The company disclosed executive pays via its annual proxy filing Thursday. The proxy filing noted the 2025 pay to Emanuel, the CEO of TKO, along with TKO President Shapiro, and Khan, and some notes on Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s payments.

The proxy notes that Emanuel’s compensation in 2025 was $67.3 million in 2025, a major bump from his 2024 compensation of $18.1 million. His 2025 pay included a $3 million salary, $11.9 million as a bonus, $44 million in stock award, and $8.1 million in a non-equity incentive plan.

Shapiro earned $42.6 million, up from his 2024 compensation of $31.9 million. Khan earned $24.3 million in 2025, which broke down to a $2 million salary, over $11 million in stock options, and $10.75 million in bonuses. The bonuses equate to $7 million for WWE’s financial performance and $3.75 million “due to the successful launch of our boxing-related businesses.” TKO CFO Andrew Schleimer had a $23.1 million compensation package.

Finally, Johnson was paid $900,000 in royalty payments related to his IP for The Rock. TKO also paid less than $120,000 in relation to a potential unscripted project to Johnson’s Seven Bucks production company.

The median TKO employee earned $82,428 for the year. This does not include performers for either WWE or UFC.
