Arianna Grace Retains Knockouts Championship On TNA Impact

Arianna Grace remains the TNA Knockouts World Champion, retaining her title on this week’s episode on TNA Impact. Grace battled Jody Threat on Thursday’s show in her first defense of the championship.

Threat came close to winning the championship, taking Grace out with a Falcon Arrow, but Grace was able to roll out of the ring and seek solace (and momentary protection) from Stacks. Threat took out Stacks with a dive and went after Grace. The two then made it back to the ring and fought over Grace’s Cobra. Threat was able to grab it away but Grace kicked her in the ribs, then rolled her up for the victory.

Tessa Blanchard was on commentary for the match. After the bout, Dani Luna, Lei Ying Lee Indi Hartwell, and Xia Brookside all appeared and Grace found herself stared down by the potential challengers. You can see highlights from the match below.

Grace’s title reign stands at 21 days, having won the Knockouts Championship from Lei at TNA No Surrender. She is in her first reign as champion.
