Backstage WWE Notes: Update on Jacob Fatu’s Return, Note on Zilla Fatu Promo on This Week’s NXT

– Fightful Select has an update on the WWE TV return of former United States Champion Jacob Fatu. According to the update, Fatu is believed to be returning soon to join The Bloodline for their likely WarGames match against The 946 at Survivor Series. The planned matchup has not yet been officially announced.

This aligns with an earlier report from PWInsider Elite that Fatu was filming material for WWE on Tuesday (Nov. 3) with other talents expected to be involved in the WarGames match. The rumored Bloodline team for the matchup is Jacob Fatu, World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns, Solo Sikoa, and The Usos.
As one would expect, Jacob Fatu is expected to return to join the Bloodline for the Survivor Series: WarGames match that is planned but not yet announced.

Fatu has been off TV since the Sept. 28 edition of WWE Raw, where new 946 member Jaida Parker ran him down with a car.

– Fightful Select also reports that a spot during Zilla Fatu’s promo during WWE NXT TV had to have the audio levels elevated by the production team. It doesn’t mention which spot this was.
