As previously reported, former WWE Women’s Champion Bianca Belair announced earlier this week that she was going in to have surgery to repair her broken finger this week. Belair shared an update today on her Instagram Stories today.
The new Instagram Story features various clips of Belair performing therapy and exercises for her broken finger the first day after her surgery. She wrote in the caption, “7AM Therapy 1st day after surgery…Now why it have to be at 7 am?!!”
Bianca Belair does some exercises, practicing rolling a towel and also bending her finger, which is still in a medical cast. Her physical therapist also does some work with the wrestler, as well as working on some mobility and joint movement with the finger.
Belair has been sidelined since WrestleMania 41 last year. However, she did make some onscreen appearances, including serving as the special guest referee for the No Holds Barred match between Jade Cargill and Naomi at WWE Evolution 2025.
