Biography: WWE Legends Season 5 Reportedly in the Works at A&E, Targeted Around WrestleMania 42

It looks like Biography: WWE Legends has a new season in the works. Wrestlevotes Radio on Fightful Select reports that along with upcoming new seasons of WWE Rivals and WWE LFG, a fifth season of WWE Legends is also in the works at A&E.

It’s said that the timetable for the new season is around WrestleMania 42. Also, CM Punk is rumored to be one of the new subjects. The series has recently been on hiatus since August 2024.

The hit docuseries has so far run four seasons and 45 episodes. WrestleVotes Radio notes that WWE previously produced many of their own documentaries. However, the promotion reportedly reached an advanced rights fee deal with A&E to take over many of them.

Biography: WWE Legends Season 4 aired in 2024, debuting in February and running for 18 episodes. The season concluded on August 4, 2024 with an episode on Becky Lynch.
