Blake Monroe Makes Main Roster Debut On WWE Smackdown

Blake Monroe is officially on the main roster, making her TV debut on this week’s episode of WWE Smackdown. Friday’s show saw Monroe appear in a backstage segment during the third hour alongside Chelsea Green.

Green was walking along backstage after her help to Tiffany Stratton in the latter’s WWE United States Championship defense against Lash Legend. Monroe walked up and introduced herself. Green shook her hand and said Monroe probably already knew who she was. Monroe said she watched Green come to Stratton’s aid but wished she didn’t.

Monroe then walked away as Nia Jax and Lash Legend ambushed Green and beat her down until officials showed up to break it up. You can see the clip of the segment below.

Blake Monroe is a former NXT Women’s North American Champion and was called up to the main roster after she failed to regain the title from Tatum Paxley in a casket match at NXT Revenge week two.
