Blake Monroe had her in-ring debut on WWE Smackdown at last, defeating Giulia in singles action on tonight’s show. Friday’s episode saw Monroe finally compete in the ring, taking on her long-time rival in an eight minute-plus bout that saw The Glamour emerge victorious.
Giulia refused to go down easy for Monroe, as the two began striking from the get-go. Monroe laid in some kicks and hit a handstand rana for a two-count early on, but Giulia was able to battle back with a snapmare and a running kick that knocked Monroe out to the ring.
Monroe took over on the outside and eventually applied a crossface in the ring, which Giulia was able to fight out of. The match went back and forth a bit until Giulia was able to escape a trip to the top rope and pulled Giulia down into the corner face-first. Monroe then got the pinfall.
You can see clips from the match below. Monroe made her initial debut as a member of the WWE Smackdown roster in June when she attacked Giulia.
