Britt Baker Apparently Suffers Concussion at AEW Fight For the Fallen
– Britt Baker was apparently concussed during her match at AEW Fight For the Fallen on Saturday. Baker, teamed with Riho in a losing effort against Shoko Nakajima & Bea Priestley, alluded to the concussion on Twitter. As you can see below, referee Aubrey Edwards said that she lost an earring after leaving the show early and Baker said Edwards had to leave “take care of a concussed coworker and checked on her every hour of the night.”
Speculation (not confirmed) is that Baker was injured by a kick to the head from Bea Priestley, video of which is below:
i'm pretty certain this bea priestley kick gave britt baker a concussion. she could barely stand up after it. i'm not sure she was even aware of where she was for a minute or two. unfortunate if it's true. #aew #fightforthefallen #aewfightforthefallen pic.twitter.com/ESgCVZF4r3
