Broken Universe Trademarks Reportedly Transferred and Now Officially Owned by Matt Hardy

– According to a new report by PWInsider, WWE Superstar Matt Hardy now owns all the trademarks for the Broken Universe. This includes Broken Matt, Brother Nero, Broken Brilliance, and Vanguard1. An agreement was said to have been signed on January 8 by Ed Nordholm and Matt Hardy, which saw the ownership of the aforementioned trademarks being transferred over to Hardy.

Impact Wrestling reportedly had until January 28 to respond to a non-final refusal that was issued on July 28 of last year, or it would have been abandoned. The official transfer then took place on January 31. So the trademarks now belong in Matt Hardy’s hands. The report states that Matt Hardy “officially and legally” owns all of the Broken Universe trademarks.
