Brooke Hogan Says Stars for New Women’s Wrestling League Will be Well Compensated, Lacey Von Erich Voices Interest in Ronda Rousey
– As previously reported, Lacey Von Erich, Ariel Toombs, Brooke Hogan, and Brigitte Van Damme are said to be working on starting their own women’s wrestling promotion. TMZ recently spoke with the group, who discussed the plans for their promotion. They claimed they will take care of their talent like the NFL takes care of their athletes, and their stars will be well paid. Lacey Von Erich also said she wanted Ronda Rousey to be in her league.
Rousey is a noted wrestling fan, and she previously appeared at WrestleMania. However, she’s currently under contract to fight in the UFC, and she’s set to fight for the women’s bantamweight title at UFC 207. It’d be unlikely she would be able to participate in another wrestling promotion or event unless she leaves MMA. You can check out a video of the chat below.
