Chad Gable Names His Favorite Tag Team Match With Jason Jordan

Chad Gable recently revealed his favorite match from the period of time when he was tag teaming with Jason Jordan. Gable and Jordan were American Alpha from 2015 to 2017 and emerged as one of the more fondly looked-upon teams of that era. They were split up in the 2017 draft. Gable was answered a question in his Instagram Q&AM on Friday about his favorite match teamed with Jordan.

“There was a night in Blackpool, England, where the crowd applied a soccer/football chant to my name,” Gable said (per Fightful). “They did it endlessly on loop to this chant that we had never heard before, before the bell even rang. It was one of those magical nights. The arena was awesome and just the atmosphere, it was like something we’d never felt.”

He concluded, “I think Jason and I both felt like we just took a massive leap forward that night in terms of just chemistry and connecting with the crowd, all that stuff. That stands out big time in my mind.”

The two had runs with the NXT Tag Team Championships and Smackdown Tag Team Championships. Jordan is now retired from the ring due to a 2018 neck injury and works as a producer in WWE.
