Stacks Lorenzo Calls Out Jersey Shore’s The Situation, More In Social Media Post

The new NXT Heritage Cup Champion, Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo, has his sights set on some interesting competition, including a star from reality television.

On July 6, Lorenzo took to social media and posted a list of potential opponents he would like to defend his title against. The list included NXT talents like Lexis King, Santino Marella, and A-Train, but also featured Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino of “Jersey Shore” fame. In his post, Stacks tagged NXT General Manager Ava, stating, “Now that I’m the Heritage Cup Champion and Don of NXT, I’m calling the shots for my next match. @avawwe_ let’s make one of these fights happen.”

Sorrentino, a long-time wrestling fan, is no stranger to the wrestling world. He made a cameo appearance on “AEW Dark: Elevation” in 2022, where he helped Zack Clayton secure a victory.

Stacks won the Heritage Cup from his former tag team partner, Tony D’Angelo, two weeks ago on the June 24 episode of NXT, following interference from a returning Luca Crusifino.
