Chelsea Green Says She’s Set To Appear In a Horror Film

Chelsea Green has an acting role coming up, revealing that she has signed on for a role in an upcoming horror film. The WWE star spoke with Pro Wrestling Illustrated’s Candance Cordelia for an interview during WrestleMania 42 week and during the conversation, she noted that she has a horror role coming up.

Green said that it was something she’s very excited for, telling Cordelia, “I’ll tell you what I’m most excited for, because I’ll do anything with anybody. Like, I feel the same way about acting as I do about wrestling. I just want to get out there and do it and build a resume.”

She continued, “But I just got a role in a horror film. I film in a couple of weeks and it’s gory as hell.”

Green didn’t mention the name of the film. The former WWE Women’s United States Champion is currently still out of action due to the ankle injury that she suffered at the February 6th episode of WWE Smackdown. While the injury weas initially believed to be a bad bruise, Green later confirmed that it was in fact a break.

No word as of yet on when Green will return to the ring.
