Chris Bey Shares Emotional Post On Social Media Amid Injury-Related Hiatus

Life has not been the same for Chris Bey ever since his horrific injury in October 2024. The TNA talent suffered a neck injury during an iMPACT taping in October 2024 and has since been out of action.
Chris was initially paralyzed, but he thankfully started walking again after being given a 10 to 25 percent chance of doing so again. He has since provided regular updates on his recovery status. Bey recently took to social media to share a post about his emotional struggles as his peers continue to climb up the ladder in their respective careers.
Bey revealed that he recently visited the Dungeon 2.0 and enjoyed his time there. But then, the reality struck him about his current situation, and he couldn’t help but cry as he wondered about what would have been had he never gotten injured.
“I cried yesterday… let me explain. Last week, I went down to the Dungeon 2.0. I had an amazing time and witnessed some amazing things. So grateful for the invite. Then it hit me hard this week. A bunch of my friends are signing to new promotions or doing cool things in their promotions; friends doing well in the indies. TNA moved over to AMC. I’m still struggling to get out of bed daily.
“In the gym yesterday, in the middle of my workout, I just broke down. Tears flowed through my eyes like they haven’t in a few months. I couldn’t help but think, ‘Where would I be if I didn’t get hurt?’ Eventually, I wiped my eyes and picked up the dumbbells and did my next set. Continued to complete my workout. It’s okay to be transparent and vulnerable; it’s okay to feel. It’s not okay to give up. I love you all,” Chris Bey wrote.
