Ciocco’s AEW Dynamite Review 6.3.26
SICKOS! It’s Wednesday, you know what that means! AEW Dynamite is back to two-plus hours and is LIVE tonight from the Siegel Center in Richmond, Virginia! And even though the format is back to normal, that doesn’t make tonight’s episode any less important, far from it! Because tonight, the Men’s and Women’s Owen Hart Tourney roll on, and if that isn’t enough, the TNT and World Heavyweight Titles will be on the line tonight!
To find out more, let’s get into those headlines!
So, how is everyone doing on this Hump Day? The deal has been done, and unlike the Browns trading Myles Garrett to the Rams, AJ Brown getting traded to the Patriots was the NFL’s worst kept secret. On a personal level, I am glad that the deal is done, and that we did manage to get a first round pick, even if it isn’t until 2028. Given that everyone knew we were trading Brown because of all the drama going on around the team, I’m actually happy that we got a first round pick out of the deal.
But enough about me and enough about you, let’s get ready to make the Dynamite go BOOM!

Tonight, Dynamite is LIVE from Richmond, Virigina, the state for lovers! Excalibur, Tony Schiavone, and Taz are on the call!
Before the show, Renee Paquette has RUSH backstage, and she wants to know how he feels going into his World Title match. HOW DOES HE FEEL? AFTER HE BEAT THE WHOLE ROSTER, IN LESS THAN A MINUTE, AFTER THREE YEARS, HE IS READY! HE WILL DIE IN THE RING! THIS IS FOR HIS BIG BOY; THIS IS FOR HIS FAMILY! WHEN YOU MESS WITH THE BULL…
But MJF is here. He tells RUSH to go ahead and finish his cute little catchphrase and he SLAPS RUSH! The balls on him! Security is here to break it up before MJF gets murdered.
YOU WANTED WAR Aka the Title sequence!
Excalibur runs down the card for tonight and lets us know that the Men’s World Title match is Falls Count Anywhere!
Renee has RUSH again. Before she can ask him anything, Andrade El Idolo is here! He tells RUSH to do it for him, do it for Andrade, do it for everyone who doesn’t believe that you can be World Champion. Because when you mess with the Bull…
Andrade walks off, RUSH dawns his mask and GROWLS!
And that match is opening up! Oi.
AEW World Heavyweight Title Match: MJF (C) vs. RUSH
Justin Roberts, dressed in some sharp looking purple shoes, does the in-ring introductions for this one. Like at Double or Nothing, MJF whispers something to Justin to announce, which is the following:
-He took out your hometown favorite Hangman Adam Page, and you put the Virgin in Virgina. Well then.
And we get blows to start this one. I don’t think MJF is going to win that, so he spits on RUSH. MJF uses RUSH’s anger against him and gouges his eyes and mocks him. RUSH with a big boot that sends MJF to the floor, and here comes RUSH with a Senton! Rush grabs MJF by the face and he returns saliva! RUSH throws MJF into the barricade from side-to-side-to-side! And here comes the green cable cord, and MJF gets choked out with it. Bryce Remsburg must not have been clued in that this match is no count outs because he tells RUSH to get back in the ring.
RUSH loads up the charge, but MJF moves and he drop toeholds him into the barricade. RUSH ends up in the seat, and here comes MJF with a running knee strike. MJF takes in his adoring fans before saying he’s going ONE MORE TIME! He does, but unfortunately for him, RUSH is up, and MJF goes flying into the Timekeeper’s table. It had that Wile E. Coyote affect to it.
Back in the ring, and RUSH has ripped a turnbuckle pad off and he throws it into the crowd! MJF begs for his life, as RUSH eats his finger and he SLAPS MJF before giving him the bull stomps! RUSH loads up the HERNS, but MJF escapes to the apron. That respite isn’t forever, as RUSH greets MJF with a big elbow strike when he returns. RUSH looks to throw MJF into the exposed turnbuckle, but Bryce puts himself in the way! He gets pushed aside, allowing MJF to ram RUSH’s head into the exposed steel.
MJF takes time to mock the HERNS, and we see RUSH is busted open from the forehead. MJF gouges at it and applies the dreaded sleeper hold. RUSH to his feet, but MJF rips him down by his hair. MJF tells us that he is number one, and Tony tells him to shut up lol. RUSH back up with strikes, but he runs into a Spinebuster from MJF. Well, that’s new. MJF again points to the exposed turnbuckle, but AGAIN Bryce puts himself in the way, MJF shoves him away, and like Deja Vu, RUSH shoves MJF into the corner!
Both men are back to their feet, and RUSH takes over with repeat hammer throws and corner lariats. RUSH enjoys the taste of his own blood and hits a release German into a knee strike, but that’s just a two. RUSH heads to the top and he hits a missile dropkick. MJF again kicks out at two.
MJF surprises RUSH with a jackknife pin for a two, then hits him with a double knee from the top rope. MJF counters a Rana from RUSH into a powerbomb over the knee. MJF applies the Salt of the Earth, but RUSH turns him over for a two. MJF looking Heat Seeker, but RUSH fights him off. MJF runs smack into a headbutt from his challenger. RUSH looks out of sorts as we get THIS IS AWESOME chants. MJF ends up joining RUSH on the apron as someone in the crowd is losing their mind. RUSH smashes MJF with a piledriver on the apron, and that takes us to the break!
We return to see RUSH headbutt a doctor! According to Excalibur, the doctor was trying to say that MJF and RUSH were incapable of continuing. RUSH with the bull stomps in the corner and here comes the HERNS! The pin, but MJF was right by the ropes, and he puts his hand on the bottom rope. RUSH is mad and he grabs Bryce, but he thinks better of it and goes back to the apron. RUSH looking for another straitjacket piledriver, but his left arm gives out.
RUSH talks a lot of shite to MJF, allowing the Champion time to avoid the running dropkick, as RUSH smashes the barricade into pieces. HOLY SHIT chants follow. MJF picks up RUSH and hits the Tombstone Piledriver on a broken piece of the barricade! MJF grabs the Bull by the Horns and takes him back to the ring, as he tries to get feeling back into his left knee. MJF again approaches RUSH, but he falls to the mat in pain.
MJF tries again, as he grabs RUSH from the apron looking for another Heat Seeker, but RUSH throws him off, causing MJF to hit the mat again. RUSH slowly makes his way to the top, but he misses his missile dropkick. MJF rolls over RUSH and applies the Cross face, but RUSH sticks his tongue out at him as MJF looks concerned. Eventually, RUSH ends up passing out from the pain.
WINNER: MJF (Still Champion)
TIME: 18:30
THOUGHTS: MJF went to another level of the Devil and won a brawl against a more vicious and determined opponent. Hats off to the Champion in his first title defense of his third title reign.
RATING: ***3/4
Post-match, MJF lines up RUSH for a title shot to the head, but here comes Mark Briscoe! Briscoe looking Jay Driller, but MJF escapes and kicks Mark in the dick! He looks to hit him with his title belt, but here comes the Conglomeration (including BIG TOM), and MJF heads up the ramp.
Briscoe will stick around, however, as he is in action against Blackheart Lio Rush next!
COMMERCIALS!
Briscoe is still in the ring as we return. The Conglomeration goes to leave, but here comes Lio Rush. Remember, Cassidy told them if they didn’t move, then Lio can’t see them, so that’s what they do.
Mark Briscoe vs. Lio Rush
The bell rings, and Lio whispers something to Briscoe, and Mark’s not sure what to do about this lol. Rush goes on the attack, but Briscoe ends up smacking Lio from the top rope and to the floor. Briscoe pays tribute to Mick Foley with the BANG BANG motion, and Lio does the same. A forearm battle breaks out, and this leads to Rush chasing Briscoe around the ring. They re-enter the ring, as Briscoe sends Rush back out to the floor and hits him with a neck breaker. Mark gets in the cameraman’s face and grabs a chair as we hit the break.
Rush hits Briscoe with the handstand kick as we return from break. Rush runs around before taking flight and wiping out Briscoe on the floor. Lio returns Mark to the ring and goes up top, but his attack misses. Rush pulls out his own Redneck Kung-Fu, but Briscoe knows how to deal with this. He doesn’t know how to deal with a Stunner off the ropes, though, which gets him a two.
Rush’s next move is countered by a backdrop from Briscoe. Rush slaps Briscoe, and this turns into a battle of who can out scream the other. Briscoe with an overhead throw and a T-Bone Suplex. He smashes Lio in the corner and puts him on the top rope. Avalanche Falcon Arrow, but Rush kicks out at two. Briscoe with a short clothesline, Jay Driller is fought off by Rush into a jackknife for a two. Rush with a roundhouse, but the follow-up Stunner ends up looking a tiny bit awkward. Briscoe ends this one with the Cutthroat Driver.
WINNER: Mark Briscoe
TIME: 9:15
THOUGHTS: It was funny enough, but the action was kind of janky. Which is a shame, because it could have been a lot more.
RATING: ***
Briscoe has the mic post-match. He wants to speak to one man, and that’s MJF. He wants to take us back to January 2023, when his brother, Jay, was taken from us, just like that. One day later, it was Mark’s birthday, and one week later, it was his brother’s birthday. But instead of celebrating together, he ended up making his debut in AEW. And you can only imagine the whirlwind of emotions. He’s got all this anger and rage that he has to push down and keep it there. AEW may have saved his life, that’s his therapy, that’s how he got his anger out. But down at his core, he couldn’t find any joy. Then he found some friends who were down to Conglomerate, and the heart was full. He had some brothers, the hole was filled, and he felt the joy of being a wrestler again.
And then, Max, we crossed paths. And week by week, slowly but surely, with all the bullshit lines coming out of your mouth, the rage and the anger returned. He’s never hated a man like he’s hated you, Max. And you know what happened when I got my hands on you, I pinned your bloody ass in the middle of the ring. And then you went away, and it felt good, because I was able to breathe again. But your ugly ass came back, and the rage is back. But now, you have something that I want, and that’s the AEW World Title. And I’m not like you, I don’t bitch and complain, Mark is a grinder, he comes to work and he does what he is supposed to. He is calling out your manhood, Max, he’s calling you out. It feels like Mark has some demons on him, isn’t that fitting, DEVIL? Well, the Hebrew tattoo says the Child of God, and he doesn’t know if he read the good book or not, but the Devil losses. Now, stop being a moist ass bitch and give me a title shot!
Fire from Mark there, and I love it!
We get a video package for the TNT Title match tonight and the history between Speedball Mike Bailey and Kevin Knight. The commentators dote on how personal this has become.
We cut to the Men’s Owen Hart Tourney. Tonight, Davis and Ospreay, next week on Dynamite, King and Strickland! To the women’s Tourney, as we see Windsor and the Wildcard tonight, and Persephone and Hazukl Saturday.
BITCHES, THEKLA IS HERE! She has something important to say. She said that if anyone from Stardom every came to AEW, she would wipe them off the face of the Earth. She was known as the Idol Killer in Japan, and yes, she was fired from Japan, but this is her house! She hypes up Skye Blue winning the Owen and Julia Hart winning her TBS Title back, and Thekla says that she is not declaring war on Stardom, she is declaring death to Stardom! And if that message wasn’t clear enough…
There is a ladder on the ramp, so Thekla climbs it and spits on the Stardom part of the Forbidden Door graphic on the screen. Okay, that’s another awesome promo.
COMMERCIALS!
The Death Riders are in the back with Will Ospreay. Daniel Garcia tries to be Jon Moxley until the actual Moxley shows up. He knows that Mark Davis is renting space in Will’s head, but he isn’t a Tokyo Monster, he is a man with two arms and two legs. Don Callis will have to hire a truckdriver to take you out if he wants to win. Moxley is tired of all of these groups around here, and he wants Ospreay to focus solely on Davis, and he will take care of the rest. Jon is serious, he isn’t blowing smoke up anyone’s ass.
HOW YOU KNOW?
Andrade El Idolo vs. EK Vanity
Uh oh, Andrade has found the baddie before the match. The guy next to her has that Fletcher-Callis oil painting shirt on lol.
Drop step go-behind by EK, but Andrade elbows him in the face and hits a running forearm and the DM. C’Est La Vie.
WINNER: Andrade El Idolo
TIME: 35 whole seconds
THOUGHTS: The baddie segment took longer than the match.
RATING: HOW YOU KNOW?
Andrade has the mic post-match. Now that MJF has the World Title, he really wants it. MJF, I know you beat my friend, my Mano, RUSH! But do you think you can beat me? Do you think you can beat the REAL LATINO MAN? HOW YOU KNOW?
Don Callis is out with Jake Doyle. Don shakes Andrade’s hand, and he tells him that was very impressive, but right now, he has something important to say. Ladies and gentlemen, the newest member of the Don Callis Family, The Jet Kevin Knight.
I uh…huh. Okay.
Boy is Andrade pissed, as he throws the mic to the mat and stalks around the ring. Here comes Knight, as he hugs and embraces Callis! He fist bumps with Doyle and stares at Andrade, but here comes Speedball, and that match is happening right now!
TNT Title Match: Kevin Knight (C) vs. Speedball Mike Bailey
Early lock-up here as the fans are behind Speedball. Knight takes Bailey to the ropes, he misses his clothesline, and Bailey sends Knight to the floor from the wind felt from his roundhouse kick. Bailey heads to the floor but lives to regret it, as Knight throws Bailey into the ring steps. Knight stalks Bailey across the arena floor with uppercuts before returning Speedball to the ring.
Kevin comes back in from the top rope, but Bailey avoids it. Both men go into a series of counters, ending with the threat of another Bailey roundhouse. Knight losses his mind and clotheslines Bailey to the floor. Knight looking for something off the apron, but we’ll never know, as Bailey avoids it and kicks Knight in the face. Corkscrew from the second rope by Bailey and he returns Knight to the ring. Bailey to the top, but Knight moves and he hits Bailey with a dropkick. He mounts and pounds Bailey as we head out for the break.
Bailey ducks’ clotheslines from Knight as we return. He tries a Satellite DDT, but Knight holds on and throws Bailey with an overhead toss. He pins Bailey not once, not twice, but thrice, but each time it’s a two. Knight mounts Bailey and punches to the point that Rick Knox does his job and pulls Knight off. YOU SOLD OUT chants, and Bailey rolls up Knight for a two. Bailey with a roundhouse kick, Knight off the ropes, but Bailey with a well-timed Anti-Air kick!
A-E-DUB chants, as Bailey slides out to the apron, where he trades words with Jake Doyle. Meanwhile, Knight is seen on the other side of the ring, and he wants to meet Bailey in the middle of the ring. Bailey jumps, but Knight doesn’t and implies he is smart, but Speedball kicks him in the face. Bailey looking for the crossover moonsault, but Knight grabs ahold and shoves him from the top and to the floor. Knight takes flight with a springboard lariat to the floor as Justin tells us there is ten minutes left.
Knight goes for another move, but Bailey rolls him up for a two. Knight with a sunset flip attempt, but Bailey breaks his grip and hits the standing double knee moonsault. Bailey with another big kick and a two on the pin. Bailey kicks Knight to the corner and he hits the Time and Adventure! Bailey to the top, but he jumps into a Rana from Knight! Kevin with a spinning back breaker, but Bailey is out at two.
THIS IS AWESOME chants as Knight is in from the top, but Bailey intercepts him with a straitjacket roll-up for a two. Another spin kick from Bailey, looking Flamingo Driver, but Doyle is on the apron, allowing Callis to trip up Bailey! Knight with what looks like a spinebuster from the top rope. Knight with the Crash-Landing AKA The Rock Bottom and he retains.
WINNER: Kevin Knight (Still Champion)
TIME: 13:00
THOUGHTS: A really fun match, and it’s going to be interesting to see how Knight works more of that heel style into his game and still manages to be high-risk, and this was a good start.
RATING: ***3/4
Knight has the mic post-match. That’s how you do it. All he had to do was get rid of the deadweight, and he has linked up with Don Corleone, and now, he is going to be two-title Jet. So, MJF, I am waiting for you!
Renee has The Dogs in the back. They’ve had a great week; they beat down the tag team champions; they created their own five-second pose and then put the Guns Down. And now, they are celebrating with their five-second brew! But here are the Young Bucks. They make Baha Men Jokes and ask what the dog doing, and Matt Jackson says that the Dogs think they are up next for a title shot, but he begs to differ, because they beat them in Stadium Stampede. Matt then calls Clark Temu Hangman, clearly a reference to what we ALL have been saying, but David Finlay says they will wrestle when they feel like it and leave.
COOMMERCIALS!
Renee is in the back with MJF, who is in an ice tub. She says that Mark Briscoe called him out, but he says he is not surprised. Everyone wants a shot at his Triple B, but he is going to make this simple for Briscoe, that simple bumpkin. NO! That title is for winners, for those with generational talent, which MJF has, and you don’t. So, for the last time, Mark Briscoe, stop asking, because it isn’t happening.
WINDSAH is here, and we’ll find out who the Wildcard is, and it’s the CEO!
Women’s Owen Hart Tourney Quarterfinals Match: Alex Windsor vs. Mercedes Mone
I feel like Mone returning here was as obvious as my Eagles trading AJ Brown to the Patriots, and small world, since Mone is from BASTAN.
The bell rings and we get a lock-up straight away. Mone takes Windsor to the corner and backs off, mocking Alex. She rips Windsor to the mat, and she steps over Alex when she hits the mat. CEO chants, as Windsor goes behind Mone, but Mercedes shakes her off and rolls her up for a two. A dropkick from Mone is worth just a one. Windsor fires back with two arm drags and a basement dropkick.
Mone with a back elbow to a charging Windsor and she hits an arm drag from the corner. Tiaras into the Cross Face from Mone! Windsor tries to get to the ropes, but Mone rolls her back into the middle of the ring. Windsor rolls through, but Mone keeps hold and hits the Backstabber for a two. Mone with two air whip Beals, and her Meteora is countered by Windsor, who looks for a Sharpshooter, but Mone kicks her away. Windsor charges in, Mone kicks her, and she hits a neck breaker in the ropes. Meteora from the apron to the floor, and that takes us to the break!
Mone initiates the Three Amigos as we return. Mone takes in the fan appreciation as she drags Windsor to the corner. She takes too long, as Windsor rips Mone from the top rope and hits a lariat. Misdirection from Alex, and she hits another lariat. Mone finds herself on the floor, as Windsor heads to the apron and hits her with a CANNONABLL! Alex returns Mercedes to the ring, but Mone rolls out the other side of the ring, so Windsor follows her out and hits a flying clothesline from the apron!
Windsor returns Mone to the ring and heads to the top, but she comes off the top into another Three Amigos set-up, but Alex reverses the third one with Pumping Bomber for a two. Windsor stalks Mone to the corner, where Mercedes kicks her repeatedly. She traps Windsor in the corner and stomps on the back of her head before pulling Alex to the top rope. Windsor stops Mone by sweeping out the legs, but Mone sets up Windsor into the Tree of WHOA and hits a Meteora from the top! Alex kicks out at two and runs into a powerbomb into the corner from Mone. Mercedes misses another Meteora though, and roll-ups are traded. Mone with the Backstabber into the Statement Maker, and WINDSAH taps out!
WINNER: Mercedes Mone
TIME: 12:30
THOUGHTS: Great to see Mone back, even if the Wildcard was fairly obvious. The history between these two made this one work, and Mone certainly hasn’t missed a beat, even if she went around the World dropping all her title belts.
RATING: ***1/2
We get a video package for the Women’s Tag Team Title match, as TayJay made it through the Five-Minute Challenge last week, and this Saturday, in YOUNGSTOWN, they go for Megan and Lena’s titles!
Excalibur runs through matches for this Saturday and next Wednesday, and the Davis-Ospreay match is coming up next!
But first, Don Callis isn’t done talking as he is in the back with Renee, and this time, he has Kazuchika Okada with him! Everyone is talking about Callis and his Family since he has added The Jet Kevin Knight to his stable. And they are minutes away from Mark Davis snapping that chicken neck of Will Ospreay, moving them one step closer to the main event of All-In in London. But Okada, he got screwed out of his International Title. Okada tells Takeshita that his title will not be in a backpack for long, and they take off.
COMMERCIALS!
We see last Wednesday, as Jericho defeated Ricochet only to be attacked by Tommaso Ciampa after the match. We then see Ciampa with the list of 1,004 reasons why he hates Jericho lol. To the here and now, as Ciampa wonders where Jericho could be. Maybe he’s afraid to come back because Ciampa will beat his ass again, and AH-GAIN. Tommaso has marked his territory, and he advises that Jericho stay away. If he does return, then Ciampa just might strike first, you stupid idiot! Low-key, I’m loving all the WCW and WWF callbacks from Ciampa in this feud.
BRUVSPREAY!
Men’s Owen Hart Semifinals Tourney Match: Will Ospreay vs. National Champion Mark Davis
Davis, complete with his Rocky Romero approved eye-patch, is here for the main event, and it’s five till ten, so that means plenty of overrun!
Ospreay goes for the leg of Davis at the bell rings, but Davis does well to fight him off. He can’t fight off a snap Rana from Ospreay, though, as Will corners Mark and hammers away. Ospreay takes his eyepatch and slingshots it at him lol. He does pay for that with a body slam from Dunkzilla. Ospreay hits a standing side kick, but Davis sends him airborne with a back body drop. Back Senton from Davis and that gets him a two.
Davis with a cravat, and he takes Ospreay over the mat and stomps on him. Davis with the old school heel abdominal stretch, as Ospreay looks to elbow his way free. Will counters a Davis hip toss with a springboard back elbow strike! Will to the top rope, here comes a springboard elbow smash for a two. Ospreay targets the left arm of Davis, and he hits a stalling dropkick! Davis hits the floor, the fans are at a fever pitch for our favorite BRUV, but Davis gets out of dodge.
Ospreay heads out to the floor, but he doesn’t win a striking battle with Davis, as Mark throws him into the barricade. Ospreay reverses a powerbomb attempt and kicks Davis in the face. He heads to the very top, but Davis walks away, so Ospreay takes the scenic route, and he hits a surprised Davis with a snap Rana! Will introduces Mark’s face to the announce table, but Mark counters Will’s tornado DDT off the apron with a clutch release suplex and Will crashes onto the announce table!
Davis forces Ospreay to take a seat in the chair by the barricade and then proceeds to smash Ospreay with his ass. Davis returns Ospreay to the ring and puts him on the top rope. Davis to the top and he hits the Superplex! Davis does a Dunkzilla pose, and that takes us to our final break!
Davis throws Ospreay hastily into the corner as we return. Ospreay kicks him in the face, but he is caught out with a big Beal back into the ring! Davis gets a two on the cover. Davis picks up Ospreay just to chop him right down to the mat. Will gets up again, so Mark headbutts him. Ospreay fires himself up and eats a chop, as he initiates a striking battle with Davis. Salty chop from Davis, but Will doesn’t fall, instead going into a series of elbow strikes. Chop from Davis, BUT OSPREAY KIPS UP WITH AN ENZIGURI! Kawada kicks from Will into a hook kick. Davis strikes Ospreay from behind, so Will with a step up Enziguri!
Ospreay pulls down that elbow pad, but Davis is waiting for him. Strike battle ensues, as Will drops Davis to his knees. Robinson Special, but Davis kicks out at two. Ospreay with a bridging German to Davis, but Mark again kicks out at two. THIS IS AWESOME chants, and I approve! BRUV heads to the top rope, Davis stumbles to the ropes, and Ospreay stomps on the arm! Ospreay with the flying armbar into Death Ground! Davis manages to break the hold with a Powerbomb! Piledriver from Davis, but Ospreay kicks out at 2.9!
Both men head to the apron, where Davis is looking for another piledriver. But Will isn’t having any of that, but he can’t take Davis over for his own piledriver, so he kicks Mark in the face. Davis clotheslines Ospreay back into the ring only to bring him back to the apron. DAVIS LOOKING PILEDRIVER OFF THE APRON, BUT WILL COUNTERS WITH A RANA TO THE FLOOR! Paul Turner counts as both men are in pain on the floor. Ospreay gets in at the count of six, but Davis is still on the floor. He BARELY makes the ten counts, and here comes Ospreay with a dropkick from the top! BRUV CLASH, BUT DAVIS KICKS OUT AT 2.999999999!
Ospreay looking Oscutter, no, Davis looking enziguri, but he kicks Turner in the head! Ospreay with the Hidden Blade, but Turner is ded on the floor. Here comes Trent Beretta and El Clon! They look for a Storm Zero, but the Death Riders are here! Lance Archer is here, and he takes out Garcia and Yuta! Here’s Claudio, and he smacks Lance with a big uppercut! Brian Cage, decked out in Zubas pants, hits an F-5 to Claudio! PAC is here and he wipes out Cage! Davis goes after him, but Ospreay with the Oscutter! Jake throws her to the mat and spits on her, and Jon Moxley is here! Moxley eats a lariat to deliver the Paradigm Shift! Shafir and Moxley take Doyle out of the ring, and PAC with a moonsault from the top!
Oh, right, we still have a match! Right! Ospreay picks up Davis, but here comes Kyle Fletcher! He hits Ospreay with a Half-and-Half suplex! Fletcher has a screwdriver and he slowly approaches Will, but he’s pulled out of the ring by Konosuke Takeshita! We have a brawl between the former best friends! Davis has the screwdriver now, but Ospreay disarms Davis and hits ANOTHER Hidden Blade! FINALLY, Bryce makes it to the ring, but Davis still kicks out at two! Davis avoids another Hidden Blade and scoops up Davis with a capture piledriver, but Ospreay again kicks out. Ospreay flies into Death Ground, and Davis taps out!
WINNER: Will Ospreay
TIME: 23:05
THOUGHTS: This was an incredible match between these two men, and then all the chaos unfolded. Somehow, instead of dragging the score down, this only seemed to help it out, and it was great to see people come out to negate all of the DCF members.
RATING: ****1/2
Ospreay celebrates his win post-match, and with that, we are done!
