The Dogs are now two, as Clark Connors & David Finlay turned on Gabe Kidd to join with the Bang Bang Gang on AEW Dynamite. Connors and Finley turned on their longtime ally on Wednesday’s show after a match in which Jon Moxley defeated Roderick Strong in singles action.
After the match, Connors and Finlay came down and attacked Strong. Moxley called for a stop to the attack but when he turned his back, the two attacked him from behind. Kidd came down to the ring to back up Moxley and confronted the two, leading to his being laid out.
Jay White, Orange Cassidy, and Kyle O’Reilly ran down to the ring after to make the save, but White then turned on Cassidy, hitting him with the Blade Runner. The remainder of the Bang Bang Gang came down and joined White, Connors, and Finlay in beating down the Death Riders and Conglomeration. Connors and Finlay posed with the Bang Bang Gang to end the segment.
You can see clips from the AEW Dynamite post-match segment below. Connors and Finlay came into AEW with Kidd, with Kidd holding dual membership in The Dogs and the Death Riders until now.
Safe to say the alliance between The Dogs and The Death Riders is OVER! ⛔️
