During a recent interview with Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, AEW wrestler Clark Connors and David Finlay spoke about the faction’s success cine they joined AEW. The team, formerly known as the War Dogs in Bullet Club, officially signed with AEW earlier this month.
Finlay said of the group, “When you got The Dogs, crazy things happen. It comes with the territory.” Connors also bragged about the group being must-see television. He stated to Fightful about The Dogs, “It’s must watch television every week. There’s a reason why they’re paying us what they’re paying us to be there because we draw numbers, we draw eyes, and we do whatever the hell we want.” Connors added, “When The Dogs are in the ring, anything can happen.”
The group has been on a winning streak in recent weeks. On the March 7 edition of AEW Collision, they (David Finlay and Clark Connors) defeated the team of Cosmo Orion, GMO Kaminari & Jaden Monroe. On Dynamite earlier this week, they beat the team of Darby Allin and Orange Cassidy.
