CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, Oba Femi & More React to Tom Brady Calling Pro Wrestling Cute

Several WWE Superstars have fired back at NFL legend Tom Brady for calling pro wrestling “cute.”

Brady recently appeared on Logan Paul’s IMPAULSIVE podcast, where he got into an argument with the social media megastar over the athleticism of professional wrestlers and elite NFL athletes. With Logan scheduled to compete in Brady’s Fanatics Flag Football Classic in Saudi Arabia next month, Tom cast doubts on the athletic skills of the WWE Superstar.

When Logan reminded Brady of his moveset, the latter termed his WWE work “cute” before adding that it doesn’t compare to the athleticism required to compete in a real competition. The two have since been going back and forth on social media.

Sports Illustrated recently asked World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk, Undisputed WWE Champion Drew McIntyre, Oba Femi, Paul Heyman, and Tyler Breeze to comment on Brady’s statement.

Here’s what they said:

Drew McIntyre: “I don’t get annoyed. It just comes from a place of ignorance.”

CM Punk: “What’s wrong with cute? I’m cute, Tom!”

Paul Heyman: “What’s Tom Brady done? He’s thrown a football across a field that was caught by [Ron] Gronkowski. Gronkowski deserves the credit. Belichick and his girlfriend deserve the credit. But Tom Brady?”

Tyler Breeze: “I would love to see Tom Brady step in and see what it actually is. And see how cute he thinks he is. As you know, it’s tough.”

Oba Femi: “For those who think that it’s cute and it’s fluffy and it’s all sweet and stuff, you can come and try. You can lace up some boots, and let’s watch you puke.”
