CM Punk Unveiled as WWE 2K26 Cover Star

World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk has been officially unveiled as the cover star of WWE 2K26. The revelation was made by Michael Cole during the ongoing Royal Rumble Kickoff Show.

In recent weeks, the promotion has revealed three different versions of the video game, i.e., the Attitude Era edition, the King of Kings edition, and the Monday Night War edition.

This is the first time that Punk has been featured on the cover of a WWE video game since WWE ’13. While pre-orders are available from today, the standard edition of the game is slated to launch a few weeks before WrestleMania 42, on March 13, 2026. The official gameplay trailer will be released during the Royal Rumble PLE.

The Best in the World is understandably honored to be featured as the cover star.
