Corey Graves On His Reaction To Brock Lesnar’s ‘Would You Like Me to Get Naked’ Line From Raw Weigh-In

Brock Lesnar asked Corey Graves an instantly-famous question during the recent Royal Rumble weigh-in segment on Raw, and Graves has shared his reaction to the line. Graves was a guest on Renee Paquette & Miesha Tate’s Throwing Down podcast, and he talked about the segment in which he questioned Lesnar coming out in full cowboy gear to the weigh-in. That comment from Graves caused Lesnar to look at him and say, “Mr. Graves, would you like me to get naked for you? Let’s just get this over with.”

“Truth be told, going out there, we know the weigh in is happening and I asked Brock if he was dressed appropriately for the moment,” Graves said about the segment (per Fightful). “I’ve watched plenty of weigh-ins in our business and the MMA world and, generally, it’s big muscled up guys and girls in their skivvies. Brock came out in full John Dutton cowboy regalia. Brock asked me, very politely by the way, if I would prefer that he get naked.”

He continues, “Let me tell you, I’m very rarely intimidated in life and I don’t go around looking for a fight, but I’ve never felt so small in my life when you see a behemoth like Brock Lesnar offer to disrobe on global television. How do you answer that? I’m never at a loss for words. If I were to laugh, would that offend him? You don’t know.”

Lesnar ultimately lost the WWE Championship in the match that followed between himself and Bobby Lashley, though he will get a chance to win it back inside the Elimination Chamber. He is also challenging Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship at WrestleMania 38.
