In a surprising turn of events, the mind behind The Don Callis Family, Don Callis, revealed on social media that he’d be interested in managing The Young Bucks’ Nick Jackson, praising his athletic talent. Don Callis wrote earlier today on Nick Jackson, “IF MATT JACKSON EVER SUFFERS A COMPLETE PHYSICAL BREAKDOWN I WOULD LOVE TO MANAGE NICK JACKSON.”
He later praised Jackson’s athleticism, writing, “BEST ATHLETE IN AEW: KYLE FLETCHER. NUMBER TWO IS THE INCOMPARABLE NICK JACKSON.” Despite his comments, he was also nice enough to wish Nick’s brother, Matt Jackson, a happy birthday. He added, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY MATTHEW JACKSON!! ONE OF MY FAVOURITE PEOPLE.” Unfortunately, Matt Jackson celebrates his birthday on March 13. You can view his social posts below.
The Young Bucks recently successfully teamed up with The Don Callis Family’s Josh Alexander and Kyle Fletcher last week on AEW Dynamite. They defeated the team of AEW World Champion Hangman Page, JetSpeed, and Kenny Omega.
