Dustin Rhodes Wants To Do Match Like His 1996 Hollywood Backlot Brawl

Dustin Rhodes says that he wants to have a match similar to his famed Hollywood Backlot Brawl from WrestleMania XII. Rhodes (as Goldust) battled Roddy Piper at the 1996 PPV in a predecessor to the cinematic matches seen in recent years, and he recently took to Twitter to express the desire to revisit that kind of bout.

Rhodes wrote on Twitter:

“I so desperately want to do another Hollywood backlot brawl ish match again. Maybe we at @AEW can come up with something cool here.”
