Early Access Screenings for John Cena’s Coyote vs. Acme Scheduled for August 23

Early advance screenings of John Cena’s new movie, Coyote vs. Acme, are scheduled for Sunday, August 23. Advance tickets for the movie’s Early Access screening can be purchased at AMC Theatres and Regal Cinemas’ websites.

The new live-action/animated hybrid follows the story of Wile E. Coyote, who finally fights back after all the mishaps with his Acme-branded equipment. He’s represented by billboard accident lawyer Kevin Avery (Will Forte), as they must take on the slick corporate counsel of ACME, Inc., Buddy Crane (John Cena).

Previously, Warner Bros. Discovery planned to vault and cancel the movie’s release, and use it as a tax write-off. However, Ketchup Entertainment later managed to save the movie, acquiring its worldwide rights last year. Ketchup previously released another Looney Tunes-themed movie last year, The Day the Earth Blew Up.

The upcoming feature is directed by Dave Green from a screenplay by Samy Burch. It also stars Lana Condor and Tone Bell. Coyote vs. Acme officially opens in theaters on August 28.
