El Hijo Del Vikingo Says He’ll Go to WWE Main Roster After Winning AAA Mega Title

El Hijo Del Vikingo says that he plans to go to WWE’s main roster after he beats Dominik Mysterio at AAA Rey de Reyes. Vikingo is set to challenge Mysterio for the AAA Mega Championship at Saturday’s event, a match with major stakes. Should Vikingo win, Mysterio will be forced to leave Triple A. However, if Mysterio wins than Vikingo cannot challenge the title as long as Mysterio is champion.

Vikingo spoke with Denise Salcedo before the show. He was asked about the match and his goals in WWE, noting that he’s looking forward to beating Mysterio and that he plans to go to the main roster after. You can see highlights below (per Fightful):

On a Possible Main Roster Call-Up:

“After I defeat Dominik for the championship, I will enter the main roster of WWE. We already entered the video game, now we are going to enter the main roster. Those are my short-term plans.”

On Who He Wants to Face On the Main Roster:

“I had a lot of matches with Penta inside of AAA, out of Mexico, and a lot of other places. I would like to face Penta, Fenix, Dragon Lee, and Rey Mysterio now being in the main roster.”
