Backstage Update On Enzo Amore Possibly Reuniting With Big Cass In WWE

There have been discussions on whether Enzo Amore and Big Cass could potentially cross paths again in WWE. The two have taken different paths since their initial run together, with Cass returning to the company earlier this year.
According to Fightful Select Answers Q&A, Amore “had talks” with WWE in 2026. As Sean Ross Sapp understands it, he remains interested in returning. However, Enzo has not signed a contract, and there is no confirmed plan to reunite the former partners.
Sapp addressed the possibility of Amore becoming Cass’ tag team partner after a fan asked about WWE’s plans. He noted that bringing Cass back first and adding Amore later would be an unusual approach, as the vice versa “would have made more sense.” However, he could not confirm whether WWE had considered such a plan or “that there even is a plan.”
Amore was spotted at the WWE Performance Center in May, prompting speculation about a potential comeback. He has not appeared on WWE television since leaving the company in 2018.
Meanwhile, Cass signed with WWE in July and returned on the August 3 episode of RAW, following SummerSlam. He initially appeared as a heel and feuded with Je’Von Evans. He teamed up with Ethan Page and defeated Dragon Lee & Chad Gable on Raw this week.
