Friend of Enzo Amore’s Accuser Claims She is Lying About Being Raped

There is a new development in the Enzo Amore rape story, as a friend of the victim (Philomena Sheahan) has posted the following video on Youtube, claiming that Sheahan is lying and that the accusations made were false, showing what he claims are texts from Sheahan showing that she consented to having sex with Enzo. The friend, Sam Cook, stated that the sexual encounter was consensual and that Sheahan even bragged about bedding “a famous wrestler.”

This follows earlier reporting on Monday that Enzo Amore was suspended by WWE, following a rape allegation against him in October. The Phoenix Police Department confirmed the investigation. Yesterday, news broke that WWE had released Amore, with the speculation being that Enzo was aware of the allegations against him and failed to tell WWE about them until they became public knowledge, which led to the firing. Enzo Amore has released a statement through his lawyer addressing the allegations, denying the allegations.

Phoenix police say that the alleged incident took place October 19th at the Clarendon Hotel & Spa, near 3rd Avenue and Indian School Road in Phoenix. Enzo’s accuser spoke with TMZ yesterday, sharing Amore’s actions when raping her.
