Garza Jr. and Ultimo Ninja to Start With WWE Soon

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Garza Jr. and Ultimo Ninja were both supposed to have started with WWE already (along with Keith Lee and Io Shirai), but haven’t because of visa issues. They should be starting soon in developmental.
