Hangman Page & Brodido Comment on Title Win at AEW WrestleDream

AEW has new World Trios Champions. During last night’s AEW WrestleDream event, Hangman Page and Brodido (Bandido and Brody King) beat The New Level (Austin Creed, Kofi, and Swerve Strickland) to win the AEW World Trios Titles in a Best 2 out of 3 Falls Match.

AEW released a new social media exclusive video where the new champs go over their victory in a backstage promo.

Hangman Page praises Bandido as “the greatest luchador alive.” Bandido thanked his tag partners and appeared overwhelmed with emotion. Hangman Page added, “Thank you for all this because I don’t know, man. I was gone for a while, and I came back, and I didn’t know what I was going to be getting into. I did not imagine it was this, but this has made me so happy.”

Hangman continued, “So, thank you. Thank you for the teammate-ship, the friendship; I really appreciate it.” Brody King responded, “I told you, if we do this together, we can do anything.”

This is the second time Hangman Page and Brodido held the titles together. They first won the belts at Dynamite: Grand Slam Mexico. They lost them to The New Level in a Trios Roulette Royale at AEW All In London at Wembley Stadium.
