TNA iMPACT!
Date: August 21st, 2025
Location: Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena in Baltimore, Maryland
Commentators: Tom Hannifan, Matt Rehwoldt
Trick Williams comes out to open iMPACT. He says he feels bad for them, not because their crabcakes aren’t that good or that they would never be as good as the Phildelphia Eagles, but because he had to beat Moose in his own hometown. He says he was told that his title was upside down, he told them to mind their own business. He says the title was upside down because he turned TNA upside down. He says he is the man carrying two brands at the same time.
Mike Santana’s music hits and he makes his way out through the crowd. He asks how many of the people are sick of this clown running his mouth. He says Trick did turn TNA upside down. He says Trick also had two of TNA’s biggest stars step into the ring and set the biggest gate in TNA history. He says he wasn’t the man that Trick actually beat. He says he doesn’t care if it’s here or at NXT, he will hunt Trick’s ass down, Spin that Block and become the new TNA World Champion. Trick Williams says Santana knows he doesn’t have what it takes to become TNA World Champion. He says Santana already got two shots at the title. He says his answer for another title shot is no.
Santino Marella makes his way out. Santino says Mike Santana absolutely deserves a title shot. He was about to book Mike Santana vs. Trick Williams for the TNA World Championship, but Trick interrupts him. He says his contract says he has 50 days before he defends the title again. He says he’s doing Santana a favour before he embarrasses him in front of his family again. Santana goes after Trick and Trick retreats.
Gia Miller is backstage with Order 4. Mustafa Ali says normally he would like to address the citizens of TNA, instead he would like to address Gia Miller. He asks if she hates when people provoke her. He asks if it makes her want to fight. He says he feels the same way about The System. He says they continue to provoke him. He says he doesn’t trust The System. He says the citizens of TNA put their trust in only one man; in Ali we trust.
Trick Williams is backstage, Santino Marella walks up to him and says he might not have to defend the title in 50 days, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have to compete. He says next week on iMPACT, he and AJ Francis will face Mike Santana and a partner he will figure out by tonight.
We see highlights from NXT.
