Jacy Jayne Set to Defend NXT Women’s Title vs. Sol Ruca & Zaria in Triple Threat Contest on 3/17 NXT

Tonight’s NXT Vengeance Day saw a massive multi-person championship match being announced. NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne is set to defend the championship against Sol Ruca and Zaria in a Triple Threat contest on the March 17, 2026, episode of the developmental brand’s show.

During tonight’s premium live event, Interim NXT General Manager Robert Stone came to the ring to introduce Jacy Jayne and her Fatal Influence stablemates.

Zaria soon interrupted the proceedings and staked her claim to the NXT Women’s Title. The Australian was interrupted by Sol Ruca, who addressed both Jayne and Zaria.

Following this, Robert Stone announced that Jacy Jayne will defend her title against the former duo in a Triple Threat Match on March 17. The show will take place at 713 Music Hall in Houston, Texas. The segment ended in a wild brawl, with Fatal Influence ultimately standing tall.

For those unaware, Zaria turned on Sol Ruca ahead of Sol’s NXT Women’s Title match on the February 24, 2026, episode of NXT, allowing Jayne to retain the belt. Sol returned the favor this past Tuesday, when she interfered in the championship match between Zaria and the Fatal Influence member, leading to a no contest.
