Jade Cargill, Rhea Ripley Trade Shots Following Ripley’s WWE Elimination Chamber Win

Jade Cargill and Rhea Ripley are on a collision course after Ripley’s WWE Elimination Chamber win, and the two began their war of words on social media. Ripley won the women’s Chamber match at Saturday night’s PLE, earning a WWE Women’s Championship match against Cargill at WrestleMania in the process.

Following the win, Ripley retweeted a post from a fan who noted that Ripley is going to her seventh WrestleMania in a row and wrote:

“Guess… I’m that bitch”

Cargill in turn retweeted Ripley’s post and wrote:

“No boo. You were the second option, @ me next time so I see it.”

Ripley then replied with clips of Cargill in past interviews naming Ripley as someone she would like to compete against, including one where she says:

“Well, one thing I know is to hold a streak and to go in and dominate. And I think Rhea Ripley is one of those people that I would love to go in.”

Ripley and Cargill will face off for the latter’s WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 42, which takes place on April 18th and 19th at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The show airs live on ESPN Unlimited domestically and Netflix internationally.
